Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plytka elewacyjna stosowana do ozdabiania elewacji budynków, ogrodzen i innych budowli . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac plytki elewacyjnej przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, oraz fotografii. Plytka elewacyjna wykonana z betonu, gipsu lub tworzywa sztucznego , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata . Stanowi ja podstawa w której w pewnych odstepach usytuowane sa elementy ozdobne w postaci kamieni polnych. The essence of the design is a new form of the facade tile, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph. The facade tile, made of concrete, plaster, or plastic, has the following essential features of an industrial design: it is roughly rectangular in shape. It forms a base on which decorative elements in the form of field stones are placed at certain intervals.
