Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa elewacyjna stosowana do ozdabiania elewacji budynków, ogrodzen i innych budowli . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac listwy elewacyjnej przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 i fig.2 przedstawiaja listwe elewacyjna w przykladach wykonania. Listwa elewacyjna wykonana z betonu, gipsu lub tworzywa sztucznego , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, jest w ksztalcie prostokata o powierzchni ozdobnej przypominajacej przelom skaly o licznych wglebieniach, szczelinach i wypuklosciach. Przekrój poprzeczny listwy przedstawiony na fig. 1 posiada górna krawedz w postaci trzech luków wznoszacych oddzielonych dwoma równoleglymi rowkami, a listwy przedstawionej na fig.2 posiada odcinek równolegly do podstawy a nastepnie karb przechodzacy w powierzchnie opadajaca po czym wznoszaca sie, zblizona ksztaltem do litery S. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a facade molding used to decorate the facades of buildings, fences, and other structures. The essence of the design is a new form of the facade molding, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show examples of the facade molding. The facade molding, made of concrete, plaster, or plastic, has the following essential features of an industrial design: it is rectangular in shape with a decorative surface resembling a rock fracture with numerous recesses, crevices, and protrusions. The cross-section of the strip shown in Fig. 1 has an upper edge in the form of three rising arches separated by two parallel grooves, while the strip shown in Fig. 2 has a section parallel to the base and then a notch passing into a descending and then rising surface, similar in shape to the letter S.
