Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pawilon handlowo uslugowy przeznaczony do urzadzenia w nim sklepu lub malego zakladu uslugowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: - pierwsza odmiana pawilonu jest przedstawiona na: fig. 1 przedstawia pawilon w widoku na sciane czolowa, fig. 2 ukazuje pawilon w widoku bocznym z widokiem na drzwi, fig. 3 - w widoku z góry, zas fig.4 stanowi widok z boku na pawilon - druga odmiana pawilonu jest przedstawiona na: fig. 5 przedstawia pawilon w widoku na sciane czolowa, fig.6 ukazuje pawilon w widoku bocznym z widokiem na drzwi, fig. 7 - w widoku z góry, zas fig. 8 stanowi widok z boku na pawilon. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, w pierwszej odmianie pawilon handlowo uslugowy jest utworzony z podlogi 1, scian bocznych 2 i dachu 3. Pawilon charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego sciany boczne 2 tworza, w rzucie z góry, prostokat, którego dluzsza sciana 4 ma w srodkowej czesci pólke 5 a powyzej niej oraz po bokach rolety 6. Cala sciana 4 jest zaopatrzona w markize 7 a przylegle do niej sciany boczne 8 maja rolety 9 oraz markize 10. Jedna ze scian bocznych 8 jest wyposazona w drzwi 11, zas druga jest pokryta blacha. Dach ma obrys prostokataotoczonego z trzech stron attyka 12 a z czwartej strony usytuowana jest rynna 13, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1 - fig.4. W drugiej odmianie pawilon handlowo uslugowy wedlug wzoru jest utworzony z podlogi 1, scian bocznych 2 i dachu 3. Pawilon charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego sciany boczne 2 tworza, w rzucie z góry, prostokat, którego dluzsza sciana 4 ma w srodkowej czesci pólke 5 a powyzej niej ma czesc oszklona i przedzielona pozioma poprzeczka 6 oraz dwoma pionowymi slupkami 7. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and arrangement of elements, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which: - the first version of the pavilion is shown in: Fig. 1 shows the pavilion from the front wall, Fig. 2 shows the pavilion from a side view with a view of the door, Fig. 3 shows a top view, and Fig. 4 is a side view of the pavilion. - the second version of the pavilion is shown in: Fig. 5 shows the pavilion from the front wall, Fig. 6 shows the pavilion from a side view with a view of the door, Fig. 7 shows a top view, and Fig. 8 shows a side view of the pavilion. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, in the first variant, the commercial and service pavilion is composed of a floor 1, side walls 2, and a roof 3. The pavilion is characterized in that its side walls 2 form, in a top view, a rectangle, the longer wall 4 of which has a shelf 5 in its central part and roller blinds 6 above it and on the sides. The entire wall 4 is equipped with an awning 7, and the adjacent side walls 8 have roller blinds 9 and an awning 10. One of the side walls 8 is equipped with a door 11, while the other is covered with sheet metal. The roof has the outline of a rectangle surrounded on three sides by an attic 12, and on the fourth side there is a gutter 13, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 4. In the second variant, the retail and service pavilion, according to the pattern, is composed of a floor 1, side walls 2, and a roof 3. The pavilion is characterized in that its side walls 2 form, in a top view, a rectangle, the longer wall 4 of which has a shelf 5 in the middle and above it a glazed section divided by a horizontal crossbar 6 and two vertical posts 7. The entire wall 4 is equipped with an awning 8, and the adjacent side walls 9 have an awning 10. One of the side walls 9 is equipped with a door H, while the other is covered with sheet metal. The roof has the outline of a rectangle surrounded on three sides by an attic 12, and on the fourth side there is a gutter 13, as shown in Figs. 5 - 8. Essential features of the first variant of the industrial design: The commercial and service pavilion is composed of a floor 1, side walls 2, and a roof 3. The pavilion is characterized in that its side walls 2 form, in a top view, a rectangle, the longer wall of which is formed by a shelf £ in the middle, and above it and on the sides by roller blinds. The entire wall & is equipped with an awning 7, and the adjacent side walls have roller blinds JL and an awning 10. One of the side walls £ is equipped with a door 11, while the other is covered with sheet metal. The roof & has the outline of a rectangle surrounded on three sides by an attic 12, and on the fourth side by a gutter 13, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 4. Essential features of the second variant of the industrial design The commercial and service pavilion is formed by a floor 1, side walls 2 and a roof 3. The pavilion is characterized in that its side walls 2 form, in a top view, a rectangle, the longer wall Ajx\a of which the upper part is glazed and divided by a horizontal crossbar and two vertical posts X and is additionally equipped with a horizontal shelf.
