Glowa Prawo z rejestracji wzor u zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 15.03.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac glowy przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawiaja glowy z róznymi okularami w widoku boczno- perspektywicznym. Glowa wedlug wzoru zdobniczego osadzona jest na metalicznym precie i utworzona jest z metalicznego, plaskiego pierscienia u dolu posiadajacego symetrycznie umieszczony nos w postaci prostopadle wystajacego metalicznego walca zakonczonego kuliscie, na koncu którego oparto okulary, u góry metalicznego pierscienia wykonano oczy w postaci stykajacych sie plaskich, metalicznych pierscieni, na których wierzchu umieszczono kolejne ciensze pierscienie, a oparte na nosie metaliczne okulary zachodza swymi bocznymi uszami w plaskie przelotowe uszy usytuowane na bokach górnej czesciplaskiego pierscienia glowy na której umieszczono miedziano-metaliczna czapke z wydatnym plaskim lekko zgietym zaokraglonym daszkiem kryjacym okulary. Na fig. 1 zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiono glowe z plaskimi szerokopiersciemowymi okularami. Na fig. 2 zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiono glowe z drucianymi agrafkowo wywinietymi okularami. The subject of the ornamental design is a new form of a head, manifesting itself in shape, surface properties, and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 depict heads with different eyepieces in a side-perspective view. The head, as per the decorative pattern, is mounted on a metallic rod and is formed by a metallic, flat ring at the bottom, with a symmetrically placed nose in the form of a perpendicularly protruding metallic cylinder with a spherical end. Glasses rest on the end of the ring. At the top of the metallic ring, the eyes are formed as touching flat metallic rings, on top of which are placed further thinner rings. The metallic glasses resting on the nose, their lateral ears interlock with flat, pass-through ears located on the sides of the upper part of the flat ring of the head, on which is placed a copper-metallic cap with a prominent, flat, slightly curved, rounded visor covering the glasses. Figure 1 of the attached photograph shows the head with flat, wide-rimmed glasses. Figure 2 of the attached photograph shows a head with safety pin-shaped wire glasses.
