Pierwszenstwo od dnia 13 czerwca 2001 r., nr MA 2001 00593 (Dania) Stopien drabiny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stopien drabiny, zwlaszcza do drabiny z teleskopowo rozkladanymi bocznicami. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac stopnia drabiny, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia stopien drabiny w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig. 2 - ten sam stopien w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, fig. 3 - ten sam stopien w widoku z góry, fig. 4 -ten sam stopien w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - ten sam stopien w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - ten sam stopien w widoku z tylu, a fig. 7 - ten sam stopien w widoku z jednego z boków. Stopien drabiny wedlug wzoru, jest zlozony z prostokatnej czesci, przeznaczonej do postawienia stopy (wlasciwego stopnia), zaopatrzonej w dwa elementy zatrzaskowe do zablokowania stopnia na bocznicach, oraz z dwóch polaczonych z nia obejm, sluzacych do zamocowania stopnia na bocznicach drabiny. W widoku z góry i z dolu stopien drabiny ma ksztalt prostokata, zaopatrzonego na swych krótszych bokach w okragle obejmy, wyposazone na zewnetrznych koncach w zgrubienia, majace w przyblizeniu ksztalt prostokata. Górna czesc wlasciwego stopnia jest wyposazona w waskie prostokatne rowki, zapobiegajace zeslizgnieciu sie buta ze stopnia, natomiast dolna czesc obydwu obejm jest wyposazona w dwa wglebienia. W widoku z przodu i z tylu stopien drabiny ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi, i wypuklymi, mniejszymi bokami, wyposazonymi w otwór na srube, przy czym z przodu stopien jest zaopatrzony po obydwu bokach w dwa elementy zatrzaskowe w ksztalcie wystajacego prostokata, z jednej strony zaokraglonego, oraz wyposazonego w trzy owalne przyciski. Priority from 13 June 2001, No. MA 2001 00593 (Denmark) Ladder Step The subject of the industrial design is a ladder step, particularly for a ladder with telescopic sidings. The essence of the design is a new form of the ladder step, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a ladder step in a perspective view from above, Fig. 2 - the same step in a perspective view from below, Fig. 3 - the same step in a top view, Fig. 4 - the same step in a bottom view, Fig. 5 - the same step in a front view, Fig. 6 - the same step in a back view, and Fig. 7 - the same step in a side view. The ladder step, according to the pattern, consists of a rectangular part, intended for placing the foot (the actual step), provided with two latching elements for locking the step to the sidings, and two connected clamps, used to attach the step to the ladder sidings. Viewed from above and below, the ladder step has a rectangular shape, with circular brackets on its shorter sides, each with a roughly rectangular bulge at its outer ends. The upper part of the step itself is equipped with narrow rectangular grooves to prevent the shoe from slipping off the step, while the lower part of both brackets is equipped with two recesses. Viewed from the front and rear, the ladder step has a rectangular shape with rounded and convex smaller sides, each equipped with a screw hole. The front of the step is equipped on both sides with two latching elements in the shape of a protruding rectangle, rounded on one side and equipped with three oval buttons.
