Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac elektrycznego od- swiezacza powietrza, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia elektryczny odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- elek- tryczny odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z boku, fig.3- odswie- zacz w widoku z przodu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, a fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z drugiego boku. Elektryczny odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru prze-myslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma, w widoku od przodu, zarys stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna, która ma na bokach dwie wypuklosci i jedno odsadzenie na stronie tylnej. Kazda z dwóch bocznych wypuklosci ma, w widoku z bo- ku, zarys trójkata z falistymi bokami, zas odsadzenie tylne ma, w widoku z boku, zarys trapezu prostokatnego. W polu po- wierzchni górnej korpusu widoczny jest obszar o zarysie owal- nym, który jest stozkowo obnizony, a w obnizeniu usytuowany jest stozkowy segment regulacyjny majacy centralne stozkowe wybranie przechodzace w centralna cylindryczna szyjke. Na po- wierzchni segmentu regulacyjnego zarysowany jest obszar o za- rysie rozka oraz kilka zarysów trójkatnych. Ponadto owalny zarys z powierzchni górnej korpusu jest przedluzony na sciane boczna korpusu i od strony przedniej ma ksztalt trójkata rów- noramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami i z zaokraglonym wierz- cholkiem, przy którym polozony jest owalny obszar. Od strony tylnej, za odsadzeniem tylnym korpusu znajduja sie kolejno: niski dysk oraz wystep osmioscienny majacy w podstawie szes- ciobok, z którego odchodza dwa cylindryczne wtyki, jak przed- stawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PLElectric Air Freshener The design registration right is valid from: 7 December 2001. Priority: 19 June 2001 (Spain). The subject of the industrial design is an electric air freshener. The essence of the design is a new form of electric air freshener, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the electric air freshener in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the electric air freshener in a side view, fig. 3 - the freshener in a front view, fig. 4 - the freshener in a top view, and fig. 5 - the freshener in a view from the other side. An electric air freshener based on an industrial design is characterized by a body with a truncated cone shape, seen from the front, with a convex side wall, which has two protrusions on the sides and one offset on the rear. Each of the two side protrusions has a triangular shape with wavy sides, seen from the side, while the rear offset has a rectangular trapezoid shape, seen from the side. The upper surface of the body features an oval shape, conically depressed, and a conical adjustment segment with a central conical recess extending into a central cylindrical neck is located within the depression. The surface of the adjustment segment features a horn-shaped area and several triangular shapes. Furthermore, the oval outline from the upper surface of the body is extended onto the side wall of the body and from the front side has the shape of an isosceles triangle with arcuate arms and a rounded apex, at which the oval area is located. From the rear side, behind the rear offset of the body, there are: a low disc and an octahedral protrusion with a hexagonal base, from which two cylindrical plugs extend, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 5.
