Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac znicza nagrobnego. Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a new form of a grave candle.

Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracjach: fig. 1 i fig. 1a. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in the illustrations: Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a.

Nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego zawarta jest w nowym ksztalcie przypominajacym latarnie ustawiona na podstawie, przy czym podstawa znicza ma ksztalt kolumny zlobkowanej o przekroju wielokata zakonczona u góry i na dole czworokatnymi podstawami. Dolna podstawa polaczona jest z okraglymi walkami obiegajacymi kolumne zakonczona u góry woluta w formie spirali lub zwoju. Na górnej podstawie umieszczony jest kwadratowy szklany lub wykonany z tworzywa klosz przezroczysty lub posiadajacy ozdobny motyw zakonczony plaska pokrywka. Znicz moze byc wykonany w róznych kolorach. The new industrial design is embodied in a new shape resembling a lantern set on a base, with the base of the candle having the shape of a fluted column with a polygonal cross-section, topped with quadrangular bases at the top and bottom. The lower base is connected with circular cylinders surrounding the column, topped with a volute in the form of a spiral or scroll. A square glass or plastic lampshade, transparent or with a decorative motif, topped with a flat lid, is placed on the upper base. The candle can be made in various colors.
