Description
Najdluzszy czas trwania patentu do 2 kwietnia 1951 W patencie nr 23 057 opisane sa mate¬ rialy wybuchowe, nadajace sie do odlewa¬ nia i zlozone z zawiesiny czteroazotanu piecioerytrytu w stopie azotanu amonowe¬ go i azotanu wapniowego, zawierajacego wode krystalizacyjna, przy czym azotan wapniowy moze byc calkowicie lub cze¬ sciowo zastapiony azotanem magnezo¬ wym, zawierajacym wode krystalizacyjna.Przy przeprowadzonych próbach oka¬ zalo sie, ze zamiast czteroazotanu piecio¬ erytrytu moga byc uzyte i inne nitrozwiaz* ki stale, jak np. trójnitrobenzen, czteroni- trometyloanilina, nitroskrobia, wzglednie mieszaniny nitrozwiazków i nitroestrów.Wymienione zawiesiny stosowac mozna równiez obok czteroazotanu piecioerytry¬ tu. Przyklady: Azotanu amonowego . .. Azotanu wapniowego z woda krystaliza- cyjna Azotanu magnezowego z woda krystali- zacyjna Czteronitrometyloaniliny-trójnitrobenzenu Czteronitropiecioerytrytu-szescionitroman- nitu. During the tests it has been found that instead of pentyritrite tetranitrate, other solid nitro compounds, such as trinitrobenzene, tetramethylaniline, nitrosstarch, or mixtures of nitro compounds and nitroesters. The said suspensions may also be used in addition to pearyritrite tetranitrate. Positive results were still achieved by replacing the ammonium nitrate with chlorate or perchlorate salts. In order to recover the free oxygen produced with lower nitro compounds or nitroesters in the explosive, it is preferable to add combustible materials, e.g. carbon, sulfur, etc. These mixtures, cast in the manner described in Patent No. 23,057, with a high content of nitro compounds or nitroesters, can be detonated completely even with the aid of an ordinary No. 8 plaque; Usually, however, to obtain the full speed of detonation, a so-called detonation agent should be used. Examples: Ammonium nitrate. .. Calcium nitrate with water of crystallization Magnesium nitrate with water of crystallization Tetraonitromethylaniline-trinitrobenzene Tetraonitromethylthritol-hexionitromannite.
