Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pudelka, o indywidualnym charakterze, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów pudelka i fakturze barwy. Na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiono widok scian glównych o jednakowych powierzchniach oraz symetrycznych scian bocznych. Powierzchnie scian glównych sa koloru granatowego, przy czym sciana glówna przednia zawiera w srodkowej czesci, centralnie umieszczony graficzny symbol koloru bialego, przedstawiajacy razem tworzacy napis/znak „TMT", ponizej którego znajduje sie mniejszych rozmiarów wyraz TMT FILL napisany charakterystyczna czcionka, koloru bialego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the box, with an individual character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the outline lines of the individual box elements and the color texture. The attached illustration shows a view of the main walls with identical surfaces and symmetrical side walls. The surfaces of the main walls are navy blue, with the main front wall containing a centrally placed white graphic symbol in the center, representing the inscription/sign "TMT," below which is the smaller word TMT FILL written in a distinctive white font. The symmetrical surfaces of the grey side walls contain in the middle part a centrally placed graphic symbol in blue, representing together the inscription/sign "TMT", next to which there is the word TMT FILL written in a characteristic, navy blue font. The subject of the industrial design in the form of a box is shown in the attached illustration in the drawings, where Fig. 1A shows illustrations of the box in an unfolded form, Fig. 1B shows a front-side view of the front surface of the box and Fig. 1C shows a front-side view of the rear surface of the box. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the form shown in the attached illustrations, are that the box has symmetrical main walls with identical surfaces and smaller, symmetrical side walls with identical surfaces, the main walls having navy blue surfaces, where the main front wall contains in its central part a centrally placed graphic symbol in white, representing the inscription/sign "TMT", below which there is a smaller word TMT FILL written in a characteristic white font.
