Oslona ma zastosowanie w zarówno indywidualnej jak i przemyslowej uprawie drzew i krzewów. Spelnia role ochronna przed zarastaniem drzew i krzewów chwastami oraz chroni otoczenie rosliny przed utrata wilgoci. Spelnia równiez role estetyczna, ozdobna, w zaleznosci od wyboru materialów do wypelnienia wnetrza oslony wokól drzewa czy krzewu, na przyklad wkladu sztucznej trawy, kory, czy dekoracyjnych kamieni. Istota wzoru jest prostota budowy przy uniwersalnosci zastosowania. Oslona odziomka drzewa jest forma przestrzenna w ksztalcie zasadniczo wkleslego naczynia o bocznych scianach wychylonych na zewnatrz, w widoku z góry w ksztalcie elipsy, kwiatowej korony, kola, prostokata, szesciokata, trójkata czy kwadratu, umozliwiajacego umieszczenie warstwy czynników podtrzymujacych zywotnosc rosliny lub elementów ozdobnych, które ma w dnie promieniowe naciecie umozliwiajace nalozenie oslony, centralny otwór dopasowany do srednicy rosliny oraz dookólnie rozmieszczone otwory umozliwiajace przelozenie szpilek mocujacych, a przede wszystkim przenikanie wody do gleby. The cover is used in both individual and commercial tree and shrub cultivation. It protects trees and shrubs from weeds and protects the surrounding area from moisture loss. It also serves an aesthetic and decorative purpose, depending on the materials chosen to fill the interior of the cover around the tree or shrub, for example, artificial grass, bark, or decorative stones. The essence of the design is its simplicity of construction combined with its versatility. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the cover in a general view from above, Fig. 2 – a side view of the tree butt cover in the shape of a circle, and Fig. 3 – a general view of the tree butt cover insert in the shape of a circle. A tree root guard is a three-dimensional container shaped like a generally concave vessel with outward-curving side walls, typically shaped like an ellipse, flower crown, circle, rectangle, hexagon, triangle, or square when viewed from above. It accommodates a layer of plant nutrients or decorative elements. It has a radial cut in the bottom to accommodate the root guard, a central opening adapted to the plant's diameter, and holes spaced around it to allow for the insertion of mounting pins and, above all, for water to penetrate the soil. The root guard has a cap that matches the inner shape of the root guard, with an opening for the root and a cut so that it can be inserted into the root guard, covering the contents. The cover can be made of various ecological, biodegradable or environmentally friendly materials and in various colors. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1 The tree butt protector is characterized in that it is a three-dimensional form in the shape of a substantially concave vessel with side walls tilted outwards, which has a radial cut in the bottom enabling the protector to be placed on the plant butt, a central opening adapted to the diameter of the plant butt and holes arranged around it, as shown in the attached figures No. 1 to No. 3. 2 The tree butt protector according to feature 1 is characterized in that it has an internal cap that is congruent in shape, central opening and radial cut to the size of the protected plant and the internal shape of the protector, as shown in the attached illustration Figs. 1 to 3.
