Oslona ma zastosowanie w zarówno indywidualnej jak i przemyslowej uprawie drzew i krzewów. The cover is used in both individual and commercial tree and shrub cultivation. It protects trees and shrubs from weeds and protects the surrounding area from moisture loss. It also serves an aesthetic and decorative purpose, depending on the materials chosen to fill the interior of the cover around the tree or shrub, for example, artificial grass, bark, or decorative stones. The essence of the design is its simplicity of construction combined with its versatility. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a tree butt cover in the shape of a simplified flower crown in a top view, Fig. 2 – a tree butt cover in the shape of a simplified flower crown in a side view, and Fig. 3 – a tree butt cover insert in the shape of a simplified flower crown in a general view. A tree root guard is a three-dimensional container shaped like a generally concave vessel with outward-curving side walls, typically shaped like an ellipse, flower crown, circle, rectangle, hexagon, triangle, or square when viewed from above. It accommodates a layer of plant nutrients or decorative elements. It has a radial cut in the bottom to accommodate the root guard, a central opening adapted to the plant's diameter, and holes spaced around it to allow for the insertion of mounting pins and, above all, for water to penetrate the soil. The root guard has a cap that matches the inner shape of the root guard, with an opening for the root and a cut so that it can be inserted into the root guard, covering the contents. The tree butt protector is characterized in that it is a three-dimensional form in the shape of a substantially concave vessel with side walls tilted outwards, which has a radial cut in the bottom enabling the protector to be placed on the plant butt, a central opening adapted to the diameter of the plant butt and holes arranged around it, as shown in the attached illustrations in fig. 1 to fig. 3. 2.
