Description

【0001】

[0006]
The invention according to claim 3 is configured by adding a dividing groove to the window cut groove of the lid, and the invention according to claim 4 forms a V-shaped inclined surface at the bottom of the container body, Constructed by engraving a drainage groove at the top of the V-shape
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the container of the present invention includes a container body 20 made of a synthetic resin such as polystyrene foam, and a lid 10 that covers the container body 20.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the lid body 10 is formed with a thick corner portion 11 that is thicker than other portions so as to ensure the support of a column, which will be described later, at the corner portion. When the other lid is 20 mm, the corner is formed to have a thickness of about 40 mm.
And, as shown in FIG. 3, the thickness corner portion 11 is provided with pillar holes 12 for standing pillars for supporting plant stems and the like grown at the four corners of the rectangular container lid. The support hole 12 is provided with a guide groove 12b that facilitates perforation while leaving a thick portion 12a in order to maintain hermeticity as a packaging container.
Incidentally, in the case of a 410 × 320 × 220 mm styrofoam container, a guide groove portion 12b having a diameter of 5 mm is drilled up and down at a location 50 mm from the corner, and a thick portion 12a is formed therebetween. The guide groove portion 12b may be formed in a manner of drilling in either the upper or lower side.
[0009]
Next, a window cutting groove 13a for drilling a window portion 13 for planting a plant after use as a packaging container is drilled in a part of the lid 10.
The shape of the window cut groove 13a is an ellipse or a circle as shown in FIG. 4, but is not limited to this and may be a square, and its size should be determined by the size of the plant to be originally planted. For example, the major axis is about 150 mm. Also, the number is not limited to one and may be two or more according to the size of the container.
[0010]
Furthermore, the remaining part of the window part 13 cut out by the window cutting groove 13a can be used as a small lid for protecting the plant when it is in the seedling time.
At that time, as shown in FIG. 6, a small through hole 13b through which the seedling is passed is formed in the center of the elliptical window portion 13 in the drawing, and a cut groove for forming an insertion hole 13c for insertion in parallel therewith is formed. Engrave 13d.
[0011]
Next, in the case where the container body 20 is intended for transporting the container for plant cultivation, the container body 20 has a size that matches the plant cultivation. However, the container body 20 can also be applied to packaging containers for other uses. In some cases, the size and size are adapted to the application. At this time, the usage to be used widely includes foods, miscellaneous goods and the like used as containers such as polystyrene foam.
[0012]
In the container body 20, first, pillar support holes 21 for supporting the pillars from below are drilled at the four corners of the bottom part at positions just below the pillar holes 12 when the lid body 10 is covered. To do.
That is, as will be described later, when used as a cultivation container, when the strut is stabbed into the strut hole 12 of the lid body 10, it is received and supported on the lower side, and the strut is supported at two upper and lower points for more stability. I will try to let you.
[0013]
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, V-shaped inclined surfaces 22a and 22b are formed at the bottom of the container body 20 toward the central lower portion for promoting drainage, and drainage is formed at the apex of the V-shape. It is desirable to provide the groove 23.
That is, at the bottom of the container, when used for cultivation, there is a possibility that drainage may accumulate there. Therefore, the aim is to collect water by an inclined surface and drain by a groove.
[0014]
Further, a communication hole 24 for communicating the drainage groove 23 is formed at a position facing the drainage groove 23 on the outside of the container when the container is connected to the rooftop or the like.
The purpose of this is to simplify the treatment by collecting the wastewater in one place through the communication hole.
[0015]
Next, the operation of the present invention will be described.
The container of the present invention has two types of uses, one for the purpose of cultivation, and a packaging container suitable for transportation when put on the distribution, and the other is transportation of food and miscellaneous goods other than cultivation. After being used as a packaging container, it may be used for cultivation as a form of waste utilization.
[0016]
For cultivation purposes, the vessel is filled with soil, but otherwise it may be loaded for other uses.
When this is used as a packaging container for transportation, the container of the present invention maintains strength even if it is a lid body having a column hole and a window cut groove and a container body provided with a drain groove. On the other hand, since the airtightness is maintained, it is capable of withstanding conveyance, heat retention, protection, etc. as a versatile packaging container as well as for cultivation.
[0017]
Now, when the conveyance is completed and used for cultivation, or when the purpose of other uses is finished and used for cultivation, the lid 10 is removed and the container body 20 is filled in advance. Apart from that, a predetermined amount of soil is filled here.
[0018]
Next, the lid body 10 is removed, and the window section 13 is cut out by cutting with a simple blade such as a cutter knife along the window cut groove 13a carved in a part of the lid body 10 or by breaking it by hand. .
[0019]
Then, seedlings are planted in the culture medium to promote establishment. At this time, since the seedlings are small in height and tend to be weak in resistance to the outside air, the hollowed window portion 13 is used for protection.
First, as shown in FIG. 6, the insertion hole 13c is cut out by a notch groove 13d bored on one side of the cut-out window portion 13, and further, the back hole 13b is cut out.
Then, it inserts from the insertion hole 13c across the stem part near the root part of the young seedling, and reaches the inner hole 13b as it is.
Then, the window part 13 covers the vicinity of the root part of the seedling that is exposed from the soil, and the seedling is protected from the outside air without forming a slight gap.
[0020]
Next, when the seedling grows and the height gradually grows, the window portion 13 used for protection is removed at an appropriate time, and further growth is promoted. However, if the height grows above a certain level, there is a risk of falling down due to wind and rain. Come out.
[0021]
Therefore, a support column for cultivation is prepared separately, and the lid body 10 is put on the container body 20, and the tip of the support column is inserted into the guide groove portion 12b of the thick corner portion 11, and the vertical direction is slightly extended from there. Press down with force.
Then, the thick portion 12a formed of a flexible polystyrene foam resin is easily struck by the pressing force and penetrates in a hollowed-out state.
[0022]
And this support | pillar is suspended as it is and it inserts in the support | pillar receiving groove 21 formed in the bottom part of the container main body.
The same operation is performed at the four corners, and four columns are set up. Of course, one to four columns can be set up depending on the purpose.
The struts, stems, branches, etc. of the grown plant and the struts are entangled with strings, wires, or the like.
[0023]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the support column S is formed by a support hole 12 formed in the thick corner portion 11 of the lid 10 and a support receiving hole 21 formed in the bottom portion of the container body 20 below. In addition to being supported at the top and bottom two points, it is sandwiched between the soil filled with the middle, and as a result, a strong support force acts on the support pillars S.
For example, it has been experimentally confirmed that the support is reliable even in the case of a strong storm such as a typhoon as well as the support column does not fall or tilt even in a normal wind and rain.
Moreover, since the support | pillar by which an up-and-down position is fixed by 2 points | pieces stands upright in a complete | vertical state toward the upper direction from a cover body, it becomes the external appearance with a good appearance without an inclination.
[0024]
During this time, water supply during cultivation is performed from the portion where the window portion 13 is hollowed out, but conversely, in the drainage, the V-shaped inclined surfaces 22a and 22b formed on the bottom of the container body 20 accumulate in the cultivation soil. The excess water flows toward the central low part, concentrates in the drainage groove 23, and is drained to the outside. Therefore, moisture is properly maintained, and withering due to water shortage and root rot due to excessive water are prevented.
Further, the drainage groove 23 communicates with another container through the communication hole 24 so that the drainage can be concentrated at one place, which is suitable for cultivation on the roof of a building.
[0025]
Furthermore, in recent years, plant cultivation on the roof has been encouraged as a measure for greening the city, but if dry soil is scattered at this time, there is a concern that it may become a dust and cause new problems. However, in the container of the present invention, the lid 10 can cover most of the cultivated soil, leaving only the window 13, so that dust is not scattered.
【The invention's effect】
Based on the above configuration and operation, the present invention has the following excellent effects.
[0026]
Since the support can be erected using the container lid as it is, if the height of the plant grows after growing vegetables such as tomatoes and eggplants, flowers such as chrysanthemum and sunflowers, and other plants, there is a fear of falling down due to wind and rain In addition, a plant branch or stem can be attached to the column with a string or the like to be stabilized.
[0027]
At that time, the struts are supported at two points, a strut hole formed in the thick corner portion of the lid and a strut receiving hole formed in the bottom of the lower container body, and the medium filled with the middle. Since it is sandwiched, a strong support force is applied to the support column, and the support is reliable even if a strong storm such as a typhoon hits.
[0028]
Further, if the bottom of the container body is formed into a V-shaped inclined surface and a drainage groove is provided in the bottom of the valley, excess water is automatically drained, and diseases such as root rot can be prevented.
[0029]
Furthermore, even if the soil is dried by the action of the lid, it does not scatter and becomes suitable for use in rooftop greening in cities.
