The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the pool, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the swimming pool in a perspective view, viewed from above, from the side opposite the steps, and Fig. 2 shows the swimming pool in a perspective view, viewed from above, from the side of the steps. The swimming pool according to the industrial design has the following essential shape features: in a top view, it has a rectangular outline with gently rounded corners. Steps are located on one of the shorter walls of the pool, running its entire width. At the height of the fourth step, a setback runs along the perimeter of the pool, creating a small horizontal shelf. Three walls, except for the step wall, are vertical. A collar runs around the upper outer edge of the pool, folded down in an inverted U-shape.
