Description
Produkty, wytworzone w ten sposób, stanowia zwiazki kompleksowe inozytofosforanu miedzi i dwuamin alifa¬ tycznych.Przyklad L 7,5 czesci wagowych ino¬ zytofosforanu miedzi wprowadza sie stop¬ niowo do roztworu 2,5 czesci wagowych e- tylenodwuaminy w 50 czesciach wagowych wody, ogrzewanego na lazni wodnej. Po¬ wstaly ciemnofiolkowy roztwór soli po¬ dwójnej odsacza sie od resztek nie prze- reagowanej soli miedziowej i odparowuje do sucha pod cisnieniem zmniejszonym.Wytworzony zwiazek otrzymuje sie z wy¬ dajnoscia wynoszaca okolo 9 czesci wago¬ wych.Zwiazek kompleksowy, otrzymany w powyzszy sposób, odpowiada wzorowi: CuHe02iP6Cu6.6NH2- CH2 -CH2 - NH2 i stanowi substancje stala koloru ciemno- fiolkowego, bardzo latwo rozpuszczalna w wodzie.Przyklad II. 7,5 czesci wagowych ino- zytofosforanu miedzi wprowadza sie stop¬ niowo do roztworu 2,7 czesci wagowych propyleno - dwuaminy w 50 czesciach wa¬ gowych wody, ogrzanego na lazni wodnej.Powstaly ciemnofiolkowy roztwór soli po¬ dwójnej odsacza sie od resztek nie przere- agowanej soli miedziowej i odparowuje do sucha pod cisnieniem zmniejszonym. Wy¬ tworzony zwiazek otrzymuje sie z wydaj¬ noscia wynoszaca okolo 9,2 czesci wago¬ wych.Zwiazek kompleksowy, otrzymany w powyzszy sposób, odpowiada wzorowi: C6ff6024P6Cu6.6NH2—CH — CH2 - NH2 CH3 i stanowi ciemnofiolkowy proszek latwo rozpuszczalny w wodzie. PLThe copper salt of inositophosphoric acid is not soluble in water and, unlike iron inositophosphate (see Patent No. 18,240), it is also not soluble in aqueous ammonia or in aqueous solutions of aliphatic amines. It has been found that, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain pharmacologically valuable copper inositophosphate which is readily soluble in water by treating the copper salt of inositophosphoric acid with aqueous solutions of aliphatic diamines, for example ethylene diamine. The products produced in this way are copper inositophosphate and aliphatic diamines complex compounds. Example L 7.5 parts by weight of copper inositophosphate are gradually introduced into a solution of 2.5 parts by weight of ethylenediamine in 50 parts by weight of water. heated in a water bath. The resulting dark vial double salt solution is drained from the residual unreacted copper salt and evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. The compound formed is obtained with an yield of about 9 parts by weight. A complex compound obtained in the above manner , corresponds to the formula: CuHe02iP6Cu6.6NH2-CH2 -CH2 - NH2 and is a solid substance of dark vial color, very easily soluble in water. Example II. 7.5 parts by weight of copper inositophosphate are gradually introduced into a solution of 2.7 parts by weight of propylene diamine in 50 parts by weight of water, heated in a water bath. The resulting dark vial double salt solution is drained from the debris. the agulated copper salt and evaporates to dryness under reduced pressure. The resulting compound is obtained in an yield of about 9.2 parts by weight. The complex compound obtained as above corresponds to the formula: C6ff6024P6Cu6.6NH2 — CH — CH2 — NH2 CH3 and is a dark vial powder easily soluble in water. PL
