The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the arrangement of lines, color and graphic composition, giving the label a specific and original appearance aimed at satisfying aesthetic purposes, thanks to which the label obtains beneficial decorative and utility features. The industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration presenting the label in a general view in nine variations, in figures from fig. 1 to fig. 9. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of the label intended to be placed on the packaging of chemical products, in accordance with the industrial design, is expressed in that in all its variations in the upper part, in the center, there is a word trademark protected by the protective right R. 260471, creating the dominant designation MOOLETIX made in white on a wide black stripe in the shape of a rectangle. Above it there is a narrow black stripe with the repeated inscriptions ORIGINAL in white. The originality of the label is emphasized by the central placement in its middle part of a graphic layout creating a red rectangle, with an inscribed white square, which constitutes a background for drawings made in black informing and indicating the purpose of the product. And so, for the first variety of the label, a drawing symbolizing an industrial gear wheel is applied, for the second variety, a drawing symbolizing a computer and monitor, for the third variety, a drawing symbolizing an electrical box, for the fourth variety, a drawing symbolizing an industrial gear wheel, for the fifth variety, a drawing symbolizing a screw, for the sixth variety, a drawing symbolizing a welder, for the seventh variety, a drawing symbolizing an LPG gas cylinder, for the eighth variety, a drawing symbolizing a foam gun and for the ninth variety, a pure white square.
