Plecak, zgodnie ze wzorem prze- myslowym moze byc stosowany dla celów szkolnych a takze, jako dodatek do odziezy, jak równiez jako torba. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez strukture, uklad linii i uksztaltowanie powierzchni. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarza- nia. Indywidualny charakter podkresla mozliwosc wykorzystania wytworu jako plecaka, jak i jako torby. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 ilustruje plecak w widoku czolowym, Fig. 2 przedstawia plecak w widoku od strony pleców, Fig. 3 uwidacznia plecak z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze plecak ma zarys czworobocznego worka, wykonanego z materialu tekstylnego. Od strony frontowej plecak zaopatrzony jest w wypukla kieszonke zamykana usytuowanym poziomo zamkiem blyskawicznym zaslonietym falda materialu. Na- tomiast od strony tylnej plecak posiada kieszonke licujaca z powierzchnia scianki tylnej, zamykana takze poziomym zamkiem blyskawicznym. Ranty kieszeni worka zaopatrzone sa we wzdluzne tunele, przez które przepleciony jest pasek tworzacy uszy naramienne. Pasek ten mocowany jest koncami do krawe- dzi dolnej od strony pleców. Przy górnej zas krawedzi rantów worka zamocowane sa uchwytowe uszy. According to the industrial design, the backpack can be used for school purposes and also as a clothing accessory, as well as a bag. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the structure, line layout, and surface finish. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. This unique character is emphasized by the possibility of using the product as both a backpack and a bag. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the backpack from the front, Fig. 2 shows the backpack from the back, and Fig. 3 shows the backpack from the side. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design include that the backpack has the outline of a four-sided bag made of a textile material. The front of the backpack features a raised pocket closed with a horizontal zipper covered by a fold of fabric. The back of the backpack features a pocket flush with the back wall, also closed with a horizontal zipper. The bag's pocket edges feature longitudinal tunnels, through which a strap is woven, creating shoulder straps. This strap attaches at the ends to the lower edge of the back.
