PL 24950 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest siedzisko, przeznaczone do odpoczynku i poprawy komfortu ludzi. Na siedzisku mozna przysiasc oraz oprzec sie w wygodnej pozycji. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, uklad, grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia siedzisko w widoku z perspektywy. Fig. 2 – przedstawia siedzisko w widoku z przodu. Fig. 3 – przedstawia siedzisko w widoku z boku. Fig. 4 – przedstawia siedzisko w widoku z góry. Siedzisko posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie siedzisko ma ksztalt prostokata rozszerzajacego sie ku dolowi. Górna czesc siedziska jest odchylona przez co umozliwia oparcie sie i/lub siedzenie. Natomiast dolna rozszerzona czesc siedziska jest u podstawy zaokraglona, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4. You can sit on the seat and lean back in a comfortable position. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterizing form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, layout, thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures show: Fig. 1 - shows the seat in a perspective view. Fig. 2 - shows the seat in a front view. Fig. 3 - shows the seat in a side view. Fig. 4 - shows the seat in a top view. The seat has essential features of the industrial design, where the seat has the shape of a rectangle widening downwards. The upper part of the seat is tilted, which allows leaning back and/or sitting. The lower, widened part of the seat is rounded at the base, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4.
