PL 24760 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kula-siedzisko, przeznaczona do odpoczynku i poprawy komfortu ludzi w przestrzeni miejskiej. Na siedzisku jest mozliwosc przysiadania lub odpoczywania w róznych formach gdzie mozna usiasc, oprzec sie lub przewiesic czy polozyc. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, uklad, grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kuli-siedziska w widoku z przodu Fig. 1a – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kuli-siedziska w widoku z góry Fig. 1b – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kuli-siedziska w widoku z boku Fig. 1c – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kuli-siedziska w widoku z tylu. Kula-siedzisko posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie kula-siedzisko ma ksztalt kuli bez jednej cwiartki umieszczonej na nodze; w otwartej czesci kuli znajduje sie zaokraglone siedzi- sko, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c. On the seat, it is possible to sit or rest in various forms where you can sit, lean, hang or lie down. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterizing form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, layout, thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures show: Fig. 1 - shows the first version of the ball-seat in front view Fig. 1a - shows the first version of the ball-seat in top view Fig. 1b - shows the first version of the ball-seat in side view Fig. 1c - shows the first version of the ball-seat in back view. The ball-seat has the essential features of an industrial design where the ball-seat has the shape of a ball without one quarter placed on the leg; in the open part of the ball there is a rounded seat, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c.
