PL 23652 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest siedzisko, przeznaczone do odpoczynku i poprawy komfortu oraz bezpieczenstwa ludzi w przestrzeni miejskiej. Ponadto siedzisko ulatwia poruszanie sie po miescie osobom w podeszlym wieku oraz z róznymi dysfunkcjami stanu zdrowia, gdzie na drogach publicznych w pasie zwiazanym z ruchem pieszych moga odpoczac w wygodnej pozycji. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, uklad, grubosc oraz miekkosc i organicznosc linii. Siedzisko posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie: – pierwsza odmiana siedziska ma ksztalt zgietej pod katem prostym rury o przekroju elipsy; w górnej czesci na calej powierzchni siedziska znajduje sie lekko zaokraglone siedzenie lub podpora, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c. – druga odmiana siedziska ma ksztalt zgietej pod katem prostym rury o przekroju elipsy; w górnej czesci siedziska na jego polowicznej czesci znajduje sie lekko zaokraglone siedzenie lub podpora, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c. – trzecia odmiana siedziska ma ksztalt zgietej pod katem prostym rury o przekroju elipsy; w górnej czesci siedziska znajduje sie lekko zaokraglone ku dolowi siedzenie lub podpora w ksztalcie dwóch prostokatnych powierzchni, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, Fig. 3c. – czwarta odmiana siedziska ma ksztalt zgietej pod katem prostym rury o przekroju elip- sy; w górnej czesci siedziska znajduje sie lekko zaokraglone ku dolowi siedzenie lub podpora w ksztalcie dwóch prostokatnych powierzchni, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 4, Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b, Fig. 4c. – piata odmiana siedziska ma ksztalt zgietej pod katem prostym rury o przekroju elipsy; w górnej czesci siedziska znajduje sie odbicie lustrzane zgietej pod katem prostym rury o przekroju elipsy, tworzac ksztalt litery „T", jak przedstawiono na Fig. 5, Fig. 5a, Fig. 5b, Fig. 5c. Furthermore, the seat facilitates movement around the city for elderly people and those with various health impairments, where they can rest in a comfortable position on public roads in the pedestrian lane. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, arrangement, thickness, and the softness and organicity of the lines. The seat has essential features of an industrial design, where: – the first seat variant has the shape of a tube with an ellipse cross-section bent at a right angle; in the upper part across the entire seat surface there is a slightly rounded seat or support, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c. – the second seat variant has the shape of a tube with an ellipse cross-section bent at a right angle; in the upper part of the seat, on its half there is a slightly rounded seat or support, as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c. – the third variant of the seat has the shape of a tube with an ellipse cross-section bent at a right angle; in the upper part of the seat there is a seat or support, slightly rounded downwards, in the shape of two rectangular surfaces, as shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, Fig. 3c. – the fourth variant of the seat has the shape of a tube with an ellipse cross-section bent at a right angle; in the upper part of the seat there is a seat or support, slightly rounded downwards, in the shape of two rectangular surfaces, as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b, Fig. 4c. – the fifth seat variant has the shape of an elliptical tube bent at a right angle; in the upper part of the seat there is a mirror image of the elliptical tube bent at a right angle, creating the shape of the letter "T", as shown in Fig. 5, Fig. 5a, Fig. 5b, Fig. 5c.
