PL 24749 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest siedzisko, przeznaczone do odpoczynku i poprawy kom- fortu ludzi w przestrzeni miejskiej. Na siedzisku mozna usiasc z kazdej strony nie narzucajac uzytkow- nikowi jednej pozycji wypoczynkowej, majac mozliwosc róznych form przysiadania od wyciagnietych nóg po relaksujace póllezenie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, uklad, grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane siedziska w widoku z przodu. The seat can be used on any side without imposing a single resting position on the user, offering various forms of sitting, from stretched legs to a relaxing semi-reclined position. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, arrangement, and thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures represent: Fig. 1 – shows the first variant of the seat in a front view. Fig. 1a – shows the first variant of the seat in a side view. Fig. 1b – shows the first variant of the seat in a back view. Fig. 1c – shows the first variant of the seat in a top view. The seat has essential features of an industrial design, where the seat has a geometric shape with sharp, inclined forms resembling a ship's hull, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, Fig. 1d.
