PL 24639 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Worek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego wedlug zgloszenia jest opakowanie w postaci worka z azurowej siateczki zabezpieczony kartonowa banderola przeznaczony jest do pakowania swiezych jablek. Wykorzystywany do transportu i skladowania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna forma graficzna i kolorystyka przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych uzyskanych przez polaczenie ksztaltu, formy graficznej i kompozycji kolorystycznej wzoru. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym worek jest utworzony z azurowej siatki zakonczonej u góry mocnym uchwytem. Calosc owinieta jest tekturowa banderola polaczona ze wzmocnieniem u góry. Przez laczenie tektury przechodzi mocny uchwyt. Worek jest przedstawiony na fig. 1. Worek jest utworzony z pomaranczowej azurowej siateczki jaki równiez z takiego samego koloru mocnego uchwytu, calosc owinieta jest tekturowa banderola koloru bezowego. Na banderoli znajduje sie grafika i napisy w kolorze czarnym. I tak od góry znajduje sie napis " Z SADÓW PRZYJAZNYCH PSZCZOLOM" tworzacy okrag z linia laczaca oba konce napisu, posrodku tego okregu jest pszczola. Ponizej pólokragly napis "NIEWOSKOWANE". Pod napisem w dwóch liniach kolejny napis "swieze jablka na szarlotke". Na srodku banderoli w bialym okregu napis slowo pod slowem "BRACIA SADOWNICY". Pod napisem linia, w której posrodku wkomponowana jest galazka z trzema listkami, na której ponizej sa dwa jablka, po lewej stronie znajduje sie pszczola, a po prawej litery "TM" calosc jest otoczona linia przerwana w polowie po obu bokach. Pod bialym okregiem na zielonym tle kolejne slowa. Od góry fantazyjna czcionka slowo pod slowem "slodko-kwasny". Ponizej "idared" i na koniec pólokragly "recznie zbierane". PL 24639 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24639 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PLPL 24639 2 Description of the industrial design Bag The subject of the industrial design according to the application is packaging in the form of a bag made of openwork mesh secured with a cardboard banderole intended for packing fresh apples. Used for transport and storage. The essence of the industrial design is the original graphic form and colors manifested in characteristic plastic effects obtained by combining the shape, graphic form and color composition of the design. Characteristic features of the industrial design According to the industrial design, the bag is made of openwork mesh finished at the top with a strong handle. The whole is wrapped with a cardboard banderole connected with reinforcement at the top. A strong handle passes through the cardboard connection. The bag is shown in Fig. 1. The bag is made of orange openwork mesh as well as a strong handle of the same color, the whole is wrapped with a beige cardboard banderole. The banderole has graphics and inscriptions in black. And so from the top there is the inscription "FROM BEE-FRIENDLY ORCHARDS" creating a circle with a line connecting both ends of the inscription, in the middle of this circle there is a bee. Below the semicircular inscription "NIEWSKOWANE". Below the inscription in two lines another inscription "fresh apples for apple pie". In the middle of the banderole in a white circle there is the inscription of a word under the word "BRACES OF ORCHARDS". Below the inscription there is a line in which in the middle there is a branch with three leaves, on which below there are two apples, on the left side there is a bee, and on the right the letters "TM" the whole is surrounded by a line broken in the middle on both sides. Under the white circle on a green background more words. From the top in fancy font there is a word under the word "sweet and sour". Below "idared" and finally semicircular "hand-picked".
