Abstract

The invention relates to a hinge device based on reversible bands combined such that when same are actuated, that is, by causing one part of a body to rotate around another, the bands display the opposite face, thereby enabling the appearance of the body that they cover to be completely changed.

Articulating device based on reversible bands combined in such a way that when they are operated, that is, by rotating one part of the body around the other, these bands exhibit the opposite face, being able to change the appearance of the body that they completely cover.

As the fields of action are many and varied, from

complement in packages of all types even in the arrangement of a theatrical set or the edition of a book.

PROBLEM OF THE TECHNIQUE

In a technological world, where innovation is increasingly important, it becomes fundamental to differentiate yourself from the rest or

competition.

However, in relation to containers or containers, the attempts of the relevant companies have been focused mainly on the use of graphic resources - colors, textures, reliefs, to name a few - leaving aside other factors, such as the form, the technique or experience; the result becomes monotonous and repetitive. It is in this context, where this articulator device based on reversible bands, is called to mark a true milestone, for the thousands of applications and adaptations in this and other fields.

The existing offer has not gone hand in hand with technological development where everything is dynamic, interactive, instantaneous, adaptable; As opposed to this scene, we have products in containers

perpetual, passive, rigid; developed only in three dimensions, this is long, wide and deep (3D as it is known), ignoring the fourth dimension that is time.

The articulator device based on reversible bands, involves movement and thus inherently this variable-time- moving from 3D to 4D. With this, it comes to improve and solve various aspects related to commercial, advertising, logistics and industrial design.

According to the above, the device allows, in the first place, to stand out from the existing context qualitatively, establishing a consumer-product interaction that inevitably results in a joint experience, with all that this means (closeness, memory, knowledge, curiosity, challenge , etc.).

Consequence of these reversible bands, the area or surface of exposure is doubled, with the temporary factor of being able to put the information gradually (a before or initial presentation and a later or final presentation or tell a story) and without the obligation to open the product.

As a result of this, multiple possibilities are born, as it could be the case of being a product to be given away, where besides time, it would also be saved in human, material and spatial resources; just turning one part around the other, would go from a normal or classic appearance to an image with Christmas motives for example, being very sustainable, especially if we think about the amount of wrapping paper that is discarded when unwrapping a gift and the time that is lost to wrap it.

In the same way, the reversibility of the bands, in many cases encourages the reuse of the container, having a second facade, which could be decorative, ornamental, commemorative,

collect, artistic, functional, to name a few alternatives. What makes the device environmentally friendly, another factor

impossible to ignore these days.

Some of the observed comparative advantages are discussed below.

a) Device easy to implement and manufacture, which translates into a very low cost compared to the current offer.

b) Friendly operation, no more effort is required or

knowledge to activate it, it is done naturally.

c) Reversible effect, its operation inevitably becomes amazing and fascinating.

d) It differs categorically with respect to the current offer, adding value and the conditioner of time, allowing ordering the information that is wanted to be transmitted (primary / secondary;

main / complementary)

e) Double information, occupying both sides makes this condition possible by having reversible bands.

í) Of easy adaptability, being able to be implemented to countless practical utilities and forms.

g) It is very simple to complement with other techniques and

mechanisms.

h) Allows the interior display of the contents.

Due to its versatility, it can be used both as a primary and secondary packaging, allowing the contents in the same way of cans, bottles, jars or jars; as well as individual elements or sets of them. For the above, it is very feasible as a container for wines, liquors; chocolates and candies; perfumes and creams; footwear and clothing, oils, drugs, toys, cookies, technological articles, books, etc.

Another factor to consider is the possibility of using different materials in its construction, such as: cardboard, paper, plastic, wood, metal, textiles, even having photovoltaic cells or fragrances. As also, combinations of these, as required.

This point is considered as fundamental within the conception of the articulator device based on reversible bands since in addition to complying with the basic requirements of a container or container: contain; to protect; store the product, brings hand intrinsically - identity: differentiate in the linear, positioning the product in the mind of the consumer, in addition to improving the advertising medium.

Reversible articulating bands: non-rigid element, which joins both parts of the body, being able to be illustrated on both sides, managing to cover the total height or only part. They are combined of at least two units without a mathematical limit. When turning, they have the characteristic of hiding their exposed face and showing their hidden back, resulting in a completely different façade. In addition, they allow the opening of up to 180 degrees of the body.

Container or container: stable element, generally rigid, that holds the contents, protecting it from falls, vertical impacts, side impacts, horizontal impacts, compression, vibrations, perforations, temperature, light, humidity, dust, contamination by substances or microorganisms.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Articulating device comprising a container arranged in longitudinal halves (being able to be more than two parts),

distinguishing a first half (1), a second half (2), for articulation by means of two or more reversible bands (3), arranged on the outer surface of said halves.

Where at least one band articulates the first half with the second half from the longitudinal segment 4A to the segment

longitudinal 4B; while at least one band articulates the first half with the second half, from the longitudinal segment 4C, to the longitudinal segment 4D; allowing one half to turn around to the other, in this way the outer face of the band is hidden while the inner face is shown.

It could be the cross section of the square, circular, oval, trapezoidal or polygonal container, in short any possible way to generate two (at least) similar or similar halves.

These reversible bands (3) partially or completely cover the facade or outer surface of the halves or sub-parts, these bands being perforated, translucent, shiny, textured, flavored, folded or compound, as well as releasing or containing elements by turning in the manner of a gear (Fig. 8).

In addition these reversible bands can be illustrated on both sides, changing the outer side easily with a twist even of

360 degrees

With respect to both parts (half 1 and half 2) they can be closed containers, independent or contain sub-parts or be divided transversely, diagonally or longitudinally. Also the articulated parts can be identical, similar, symmetrical, asymmetric or unequal.

Claims
