PL 24295 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest siedzisko mobilne, przeznaczone zwlaszcza do zasto- sowania w przestrzeniach dydaktycznych, uczelnianych. Siedzisko sklada sie z dwóch niezaleznych elementów siedzenia i oparcia z pulpitem polaczo- nych ze soba za pomoca przegubu umozliwiajacego obrót poszczególnych czesci. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku od tylu, fig. 2 w widoku z boku, fig. 3 w widoku od czola, fig. 4 w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru to: siedzisko ma zarys odwróconej litery „U", której jedno ramie p przednia noga krzesla, usytuowane jest pod katem, zas oparcie ma zarys zblizony do odwróconej litery „L", której górny element usytuowany jest pod katem, przy czym zarówno siedzisko jak i oparcie skladaja sie z blizniaczych elementów w postaci ksztaltek sklejkowych tworzacych azurowa konstrukcje polaczonych ze soba mniejszymi elementami sklejki widocznymi po obu koncach siedzenia i oparcia, w widoku z boku narozniki sklejkowych ksztaltek sa zaokraglone, zas oparcie jest wezsze od siedzenia o grubosc dwóch sklejkowych ksztaltek, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4. The seat consists of two independent elements: a seat and a backrest with a desktop, connected by a joint enabling the rotation of the individual parts. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the chair from the back, Fig. 2 from the side, Fig. 3 from the front, and Fig. 4 from a perspective view. The essential features of the design are: the seat has the shape of an inverted letter "U", one arm of which, the front leg of the chair, is situated at an angle, while the backrest has an outline similar to an inverted letter "L", the upper element of which is situated at an angle, where both the seat and the backrest consist of twin elements in the form of plywood shapes creating an openwork structure connected with each other by smaller plywood elements visible at both ends of the seat and the backrest, in a side view the corners of the plywood shapes are rounded, and the backrest is narrower than the seat by the thickness of two plywood shapes, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4.
