Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z boku, fig. 2 – w widoku czolowym, fig. 3 – z góry. Krzeslo zlozone z oparcia tylnego, podstawy siedziska oraz oparc bocznych, którego cechy istotne to: zlozone z szeregu elementów których ostre katy plaszczyzn tworza forme krzesla, oparcie zlozone jest z trzech elementów posrodku elementu o zarysie trapezu oraz symetrycznie po bokach trójkatów, usytuowanych symetrycznie pod katem, siedzisko o zarysie trapezu, podstawa o zarysie w widoku z boku, wielokata, zas w widoku z góry ma zarys trójkata. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the chair from a side view, Fig. 2 – from the front, Fig. 3 – from above. The chair consists of a backrest, a seat base, and side backrests, the essential features of which are: composed of a series of elements whose sharp angles create the shape of a chair; the backrest is composed of three elements: in the center of the element with a trapezoidal outline and symmetrically on the sides of triangles, placed symmetrically at an angle; the seat has a trapezoidal outline; the base has a polygonal outline in the side view, and in the top view has a triangular outline.
