PL 24245 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 – w widoku z boku, fig. 3 – perspektywicznym. Krzeslo zlozone z oparcia tylnego, podstawy, siedziska, nóg oraz oparc bocznych, którego cechy istotne to: oparcie tylne, podstawa oraz siedzisko maja w widoku czolowym postac bryl o zarysie prostokata, zas w widoku z boku, trapezu, polaczonych ze soba podstawami, przy czym podstawa siedziska zlozona jest z dwóch plaszczyzn usytuowanych pod katem, siedzisko usytuowane jest w plaszczyznie poziomej, oparcie i podstawa usytuowane sa symetrycznie pod katem rozwartym w stosunku do siedziska, zas w czesci czolowej siedziska symetrycznie w narozach usytuowane sa elementy o zarysie zblizonym do odwróconej litery „L", o przekroju kolowym, stanowiace jednoczesnie oparcia boczne i nogi. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the chair in a front view, Fig. 2 – in a side view, Fig. 3 – in perspective. A chair consisting of a backrest, base, seat, legs and side rests, the essential features of which are: the backrest, base and seat have the form of a rectangular solid in the frontal view, and a trapezoid in the side view, connected by bases, wherein the base of the seat is composed of two planes situated at an angle, the seat is situated in a horizontal plane, the backrest and base are situated symmetrically at an obtuse angle in relation to the seat, and in the frontal part of the seat, symmetrically in the corners, elements with an outline similar to the inverted letter "L", with a circular cross-section, are situated, constituting at the same time the side rests and legs.
