Cechy indywidualne wzoru przejawiaja sie w ukladzie linii, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Kanapy skladajace sie z siedzenia, oparcia bryly kanapy i nózek, posiadaja cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci pikowanego oparcia ustawionego nie pod katem prostym do siedzenia, ale pod wiekszym katem, pikowanej powierzchni siedzenia oraz bryly kanapy osadzonej na malych nózkach, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 4a. The individual features of the pattern are manifested in the arrangement of lines, elements and the combination of individual elements creating the pattern. The sofas, consisting of a seat, a backrest of the sofa body and legs, have the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a quilted backrest set not at a right angle to the seat, but at a larger angle, a quilted seat surface and a sofa body mounted on small legs, as shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1 - 4a. The sofas according to the pattern are shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1 - 4a, in which: Fig. 1 shows a sofa with an inclined backrest in profile view, Fig. 1a shows a sofa with a perpendicular backrest in a profile view, Fig. 2 shows a sofa with an inclined backrest in side view, Fig. 3 shows a sofa with a perpendicular backrest in a side view, Fig. 3a shows a version of a sofa with a perpendicular backrest in a side view, Fig. 4 shows a sofa with an inclined backrest in a corner version in a profile view, Fig. 4a shows a front view of a sofa with an inclined backrest in the horn version.
