KARMNIK DLA GRYZONI Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od: 21.05.2001 r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest karmnik dla gryzoni. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac karmnika dla gryzoni, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie, zmierzajaca do celów zdobniczych. Wzór karmnika dla gryzoni przedstawiono na fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia zamkniete pudelko karmnika dla gryzoni, Fig.2 przedstawia otwarty karmnik z klapka podawcza i otwarta górna sciana pudelka. Karmnik ma bigowana klapke podawcza 1 usytuowana symetrycznie w dolnej czesci prostokatnej sciany czolowej 2 prostopadloscianu 3 zamykanego trójklapowa górna 4 i dolna 5 sciana. Klapka podawcza ma ksztalt prostokata o dwóch równoleglych krótszych bokach 6 i 7 oraz dwóch dluzszychpodstawach, przy czym górna podstawa 8 posiada symetrycznie usytuowany pólkolisty jezyczek 9 o promieniu R nie wiekszym niz 8 mm, a równolegla do niej dolna podstawa stanowi krawedz 10 podstawy prostopadloscianu 3. Sciana górna 4 prostopadloscianu 3 sklada sie z dwóch naprzeciwlegle usytuowanych klap , w ksztalcie niesymetrycznych trapezów 11 posiadajacych w swoich zewnetrznych bocznych ramionach wypusty 12 i jednej klapy w ksztalcie prostokata, której górna podstawa jest zaokraglona promieniem krzywizny R2,nie wiekszym niz 18 mm, stanowiac jednoczesnie krawedz 13 zamkniecia sciany górnej 4 prostopadloscianu 3. Poprzez przerwanie miejsca bigowania wokól jezyczka 9 nastepuje otwarcie klapki podawczej 1 i wysypanie czesci zawartosci pudelka. W miare pobierania srodka gryzoniobójczego przez gryzonie, nastepuje automatycznie dalsze jego porcjowanie-. Karmnik moze byc w dowolnym kolorze, korzystnie bialym. Pojemnik wykonany jest z papieru, korzystnie z tektury jedno lub dwuwarstwowej wewnetrznie powlekanej polietylenem. PELNOMOCNIK PL PL PLRODENT FEEDER The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from: 21/05/2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a rodent feeder. The essence of the design is a new form of a rodent feeder, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, intended for ornamental purposes. The rodent feeder design is presented in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the closed rodent feeder box, Fig. 2 shows the open feeder with a feeder flap and an open top wall of the box. The feeder has a creased feeder flap 1 situated symmetrically in the lower part of the rectangular front wall 2 of the cuboid 3 closed by a three-flap top 4 and bottom 5 walls. The feeding flap has the shape of a rectangle with two parallel shorter sides 6 and 7 and two longer bases, wherein the upper base 8 has a symmetrically located semicircular tongue 9 with a radius R not greater than 8 mm, and the lower base parallel to it constitutes the edge 10 of the base of the cuboid 3. The upper wall 4 of the cuboid 3 consists of two oppositely located flaps in the shape of asymmetrical trapezoids 11 having projections 12 in their outer side arms and one rectangular flap, the upper base of which is rounded with a radius of curvature R2 not greater than 18 mm, constituting at the same time the closing edge 13 of the upper wall 4 of the cuboid 3. By interrupting the creasing place around the tongue 9, the feeder flap 1 opens and part of the box's contents are poured out. As the rodents consume the rodenticide, further portioning occurs automatically. The feeder can be any color, preferably white. The container is made of paper, preferably single- or double-layer cardboard internally coated with polyethylene. PL PL PL PL
