Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pióra kulkowego przejawia- jaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, powierzchni i barwie. Wzór zdobniczy pióra kulkowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia prawy boczny rzut pionowy pióra, fig. 2 - rzut glówny piono- wy pióra, fig. 3 - lewy boczny rzut pionowy pióra, fig. 4 - rzut pomocniczy piono- wy pióra, fig. 5 - rzut pomocniczy poziomy pióra, a fig. 6 - rzut glówny poziomy tego samego pióra.Pióro kulkowe o ksztalcie cylindrycznym zawiera czesc zasadnicza zakon- czona stozkiem oraz skuwke z zaczepem. Skuwka na obu swych koncach posiada opaski pierscieniowe, z których opa- ska górna w widoku z boku ma ksztalt krótszego prostokata zakonczonego od góry faza przybierajaca w tym rzucie ksztalt splaszczonego trapezu równoramiennego, a w widoku z góry ma ksztalt kolowy z usytuowanym w srodku zarysem szescio- kata foremnego, zas opaska dolna w rzucie z kazdej strony ma ksztalt dluzszego prostokata, w polu którego wystepuje zarys dwóch równoleglych linii, które w widokach z boku swa splaszczona wypukloscia skierowane sa ku dolowi, a w widoku od przodu i od tylu przybieraja ksztalt falisty tak, ze zarys tych linii w widoku od przodu jest lustrzanym odbiciem tych linii w widoku od tylu. W swej czesci srodkowej skuwka posiada zaczep, który w widoku z boku ma ksztalt odwró- conej litery L o dluzszym boku w ksztalcie splaszczonego luku zakonczonego od dolu nieregularnym owalnym zgrubieniem, a w widoku od przodu ma ksztalt wydluzonej litery V splaszczonej od dolu oraz posiadajacej ramiona wywiniete u góry i majace w widoku od dolu i z góry ksztalt symetrycznych lukowych wyste- pów o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach skierowanych do srodka, pomiedzy którymi to ramionami przebiega podluzne wybranie rowkowe w kierunku do dolu do miejsca niesymetrycznego zarysu tych ramion od ich strony wewnetrznej i które to wybranie w widoku od góry posiada ksztalt w zasadzie pólkolisty. Z kolei czesc zasadnicza pióra w swej czesci dolnej graniczacej ze stozkiem posiada dodatkowa opaske pierscieniowa, która w rzucie z kazdej strony ma ksztalt odwróconego trapezu równoramiennego, w polu którego znajduje sie zarys dwóch równoleglych linii, które przybieraja ksztalt falisty, przy czym zarys tych linii prze- biega zasadniczo tak samo odpowiednio w widoku od przodu i od tylu oraz w obu widokach z boku. The essence of the design is a new form of a ballpoint pen, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, surface, and color. The ballpoint pen's design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the right side vertical view of the pen, Fig. 2 shows the main vertical view of the pen, Fig. 3 shows the left side vertical view of the pen, Fig. 4 shows an auxiliary vertical view of the pen, Fig. 5 shows an auxiliary horizontal view of the pen, and Fig. 6 shows the main horizontal view of the same pen. A cylindrical ballpoint pen comprises a body with a cone-shaped tip and a cap with a catch. The cap has ring bands at both ends, of which the upper band, in a side view, has the shape of a shorter rectangle topped with a chamfer which in this view takes the shape of a flattened isosceles trapezoid, and in a top view it has a circular shape with the outline of a regular hexagon situated in the middle, while the lower band, in a view from each side, has the shape of a longer rectangle, in the field of which there is an outline of two parallel lines which in the side views with their flattened convexity directed downwards, and in the front and back views they take a wavy shape so that the outline of these lines in the front view is a mirror image of these lines in the back view. In its central part, the cap has a hook which, in a side view, has the shape of an inverted letter L with the longer side in the shape of a flattened arc ending at the bottom with an irregular oval bulge, and in a front view, has the shape of an elongated letter V, flattened at the bottom and having arms that are rolled up at the top and which, in a bottom and top view, have the shape of symmetrical arc-shaped projections with rounded tops directed inwards, between which arms there runs a longitudinal groove recess running downwards to the place of the asymmetric outline of these arms from their inner side, and which recess, in a top view, has a substantially semicircular shape. In turn, the main part of the feather, in its lower part bordering the cone, has an additional annular band which, when viewed from each side, has the shape of an inverted isosceles trapezoid, in the field of which there is an outline of two parallel lines that take on a wavy shape, and the outline of these lines is essentially the same in the front and back views, as well as in both side views.
