According to the first variant of the fountain pen in a shape close to cylindrical, comprising a basic part consisting of a cap and a body in which the writing tip is mounted, and a cap with a catch, the cap having a basic part in the shape of a cylindrical sleeve has, at the height of the catch mounting and parallel to its upper part, a gentle arc transition ending with a tip in the shape of a paraboloid of rotation, and at its opposite end, near the opening, two symmetrically arranged on the circumference and slightly convex decorative elements in the shape of an oval, situated on the smooth surface of the cap on both sides of the catch and at the height of its point of contact with the cap, wherein the catch has the form of a profiled plate, which in a side view has the shape of a strongly flattened letter S, and in a front view has the shape of a resembling a dipole symbol, and this hook has at the top a connecting element in the shape of a thin cuboid block with a concave base, and is slightly longer than the length of the main part of the cap, and that the cap having a substantially cylindrical shape and a smooth lateral surface is terminated, on the one hand, with a tip in the shape of a flattened segment of a sphere having, in a side view and on each side, the shape of a half-oval outline, and in the middle with a multi-step socket, which from the side view of the end of the cap has, in turn, in the form of two horizontally arranged rectangles of different widths and a vertically arranged rectangle of a length corresponding to the remaining part of the cap, and on the other hand, with a body containing a writing tip, separated from the cap by a stepped band element, wherein this body has a shape of a relatively a short cylinder having a gentle arc transition on the writing tip side, ending with a surface of revolution in the shape of a truncated cone, and having on its entire lateral surface a number of irregularly arranged decorative elements in the form of elongated snakes in the shape of a slightly flattened letter S, some of which run along essentially the entire length of the body, and some of which wrap around the body along part of its circumference, while the writing tip at the end of the body has the form of a small cone with a rounded top, with a short cylindrical element at the base.
