PL 23638 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klatka dla zwierzat, wykonana z plycin drewnopochod- nych lub drewnianych oraz z metalu w szesciu jej odmianach wykonania, o ksztaltach prostopadlo- sciennych imitujacych wysokiej jakosci meble domowe, zwlaszcza szafki RTV, dostosowane do prze- trzymywania w nich zwierzat domowych, zwlaszcza psów. Nowa i oryginalna postac kazdej odmiany postaciowej tego wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztaltach i kolorystyce imitujacych wysokiej jakosci meble domowe, zwlaszcza szafki RTV, których sciany frontowe lub sciany frontowe i dwie sciany boczne maja profile azurowe, wykonane z pionowo usytuowanych wzgledem siebie pretów metalowych lub wykonane z siatki metalowej, a ponadto te azurowe sciany frontowe posiadaja obramowane otwory przysloniete drzwiczkami z uchwytami recz- nymi, których ramka metalowa polaczona jest zawiasowo z ramka metalowa tego otworu. The new and original character of each variant of this industrial design is manifested in shapes and colors imitating high-quality home furniture, especially TV cabinets, whose front walls or the front walls and two side walls have openwork profiles made of vertically arranged metal rods or made of metal mesh, and in addition these openwork front walls have framed openings covered by doors with hand grips, the metal frame of which is hinged to the metal frame of this opening. The subject of the industrial design in its 6 variants of execution is shown in the attached illustrative material fig. 1-18 showing animal cages in perspective views, with their doors closed and open, wherein: – fig. 1-3 show the 1st variant of the animal cage, having the shape of a cuboid cabinet with an elongated rectangular base, the box of which is made of wood-based panels and has a front wall whose fronts of the top and floor are thicker than the fronts of both of its side walls, wherein a rectangular metal frame filled with vertically arranged metal rods is flush with these fronts, as well as a metal door frame also filled with the same vertically arranged metal rods, and the internal vertical elements of both frames are connected by hinges, and the opposite vertical element of the door frame, equipped with a handle, is adjacent to the vertical wood-based partition of the cage's box, which creates an open recess between it and its right side, inside which there is a horizontally placed shelf made of transparent material - figs. 4-6 show the second version of the animal cage, whose box and front wall have the same shape as the cage described above in the first version (figs. 1-3), and the difference between them is only that in the second version both metal frames are filled with metal mesh - figs. 7-9 show the third version of the animal cage, which has the shape of a cuboidal cabinet, with an elongated rectangular base, the box made of wood-based panels has a front wall whose fronts of the top and floor are thicker than the fronts of both its walls side walls, wherein a metal frame located in the middle, filled with vertically arranged metal bars, and a metal door frame, also filled with the same vertically arranged metal bars, are flush with these fronts, and the internal vertical elements of both frames are connected by hinges, while the opposite vertical element of the door frame, adjacent to the right side wall of this cage, is equipped with a hand grip. Moreover, the left vertical element of the middle frame is adjacent to the vertical wall – the partition box of this cage, which forms the left recess equipped with a horizontally placed shelf, covered with a door made of wood-based panels equipped with a handle hinged to the left side of the box of this cage – figs. 10–12 show the 4th version of the animal cage with a shape similar to the third version of this cage (figs. 7–9), and the difference between them is that the fourth version of this cage has a middle frame and a door frame filled with a metal mesh – figs. 13–15 show the 5th version of the animal cage having the shape of a cuboidal cabinet, with an elongated rectangular base, the box of which is made of wood-based panels and has a front wall, the fronts of which are the top and floor are thicker than the fronts of both side walls. A rectangular metal frame filled with vertically arranged metal bars is flush with the fronts of this cage and a rectangular metal door frame with a hand handle is hingedly connected to it, filled with similar vertical metal bars, both frames are situated symmetrically in the middle part of the cage of this cage and are also flush with the left door with a handle made of wood-based panel, hingedly connected with the front of its left side covering a recess with a vertical shelf, whereas between the vertical partition of the cage to which the vertical element of the door frame equipped with a handle is adjacent and the right side of the cage of this cage, a recess with a horizontally placed shelf made of transparent material is created - fig. 16-18 show the 6th variant of the cage for animals of a shape similar to the one in Fig. 16-18. The fifth version of this cage (fig. 13–15) is the only difference between them, as the sixth version has a central frame and a door frame filled with metal mesh.
