Nowa i oryginalna postac kazdej odmiany postaciowej tego wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztaltach i kolorystyce imitujacych wysokiej jakosci meble domowe, zwlaszcza szafki RTV, których sciany frontowe lub sciany frontowe i dwie sciany boczne maja profile azurowe, wykonane z pionowo usytuowanych wzgledem siebie pretów metalowych lub wykonane z siatki metalowej, a ponadto te azurowe sciany frontowe posiadaja obramowane otwory przysloniete drzwiczkami z uchwytami recz- nymi, których ramka metalowa polaczona jest zawiasowo z ramka metalowa tego otworu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w jego 8-miu odmianach wykonania uwidoczniony jest na za- laczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1–24 przedstawiajacym klatki dla zwierzat w widokach perspek- tywicznych, z podwójnymi drzwiczkami i podwójnymi szufladami zamknietymi i czesciowo otwartymi przy czym: – fig. 1–3 przedstawiaja 1-sza odmiane wykonania klatki dla zwierzat, posiadajaca ksztalt domowej szafki prostopadlosciennej o podstawie prostokatnej, której skrzynia wykona- na z plycin drewnopochodnych posiada blat górny i podloge wykonane z grubszych plycin od plycin jej obu scian bocznych, przy czym skrzynia ta wyposazona jest w prze- grode plycinowa pionowo usytuowana w polowie jej dlugosci. The new and original form of each variant form of this industrial design is manifested in shapes and colours imitating high-quality home furniture, especially TV cabinets, the front walls of which or the front walls and two side walls have openwork profiles made of vertically positioned metal rods or made of metal mesh, and in addition these openwork front walls have framed openings covered by doors with hand grips, the metal frame of which is hinged to the metal frame of this opening. The subject of the industrial design in its 8 variants of execution is shown in the attached illustrative material figs. 1–24 presenting animal cages in perspective views, with double doors and double drawers closed and partially open, wherein: – figs. 1–3 show the first variant of the execution of the animal cage, having the shape of a cuboid home cabinet with a rectangular base, the chest of which made of wood-based panels has a top and floor made of thicker panels than the panels of its both side walls, and the chest is equipped with a panel partition situated vertically in the middle of its length. The front wall of this cage consists of two pairs of rectangular frames made of strip elements of wood derivatives separated from each other in the central part by a rectangular strip situated vertically between the floor of this box and the upper strip element situated horizontally between both side walls of this box, wherein each pair of these strip frames is connected to each other by hinges, and their inner faces are surrounded by metal frames filled with metal mesh, and the inner frames adjacent to the central vertical strip perform the function of doors equipped with handles, while above each pair of these strip frames with metal mesh and between the upper top of the box of this cage and the horizontal strip element situated below there are two identical drawers with handles, the tops of which are flush with the front surfaces of the box elements and with the strip frames filled with metal mesh – Figures 4–6 show the second version of the cage for animals with a shape similar to the first version of this cage (Fig. 1–3), and the difference between them is only that the second version of this cage has both side walls made of rectangular wood-based slatted frames with metal frames adjoining their inner sides filled with metal mesh, similar to its front wall – figs. 7–9 show the third version of the cage for animals with a shape similar to the first version of this cage (figs. 1–3), and the difference between them is only that the third version of this cage has both pairs of metal frames surrounded by slatted frames filled with vertically arranged metal bars – figs. 10–12 show the fourth version of the cage for animals with a shape similar to the third version of this cage (figs. 7–9), and the difference between them is only that the fourth version of this cage the cage has both side walls made of rectangular wood-based slat frames with metal frames adjacent to their inner sides filled with vertically positioned metal bars, similarly to the metal frames of its front wall - figs. 13-15 show the fifth variant of the animal cage in the shape of a cuboid home cabinet with a rectangular base, the box made of wood-based panels has a top and floor made of thicker panels than the panels of its both side walls, and the box is equipped with a vertically positioned panel partition in the middle of its length. The front wall of this cage consists of two pairs of rectangular frames made of wood-based strip elements separated from each other in the central part by a rectangular strip placed vertically between the floor of this box and its upper top, whereby each pair of these strip frames is connected with each other by hinges, and their inner faces are surrounded by metal frames filled with metal mesh, and the inner frames adjacent to the central vertical strip function as doors equipped with handles - figs. 16-18 show the sixth version of the cage for animals with a shape similar to the fifth version of this cage (figs. 13-15), and the only difference between them is that the sixth version of this cage has both side walls made of rectangular strip frames wood-based materials with metal arms attached to their inner sides filled with metal mesh, similarly to the metal frames of its front wall – figs. 19–21 show the 7th version of the cage for animals with a shape similar to the fifth version of this cage (fig. 13–15), and the difference between them is only that the seventh variety of this cage has all four metal frames of the front wall filled with vertically arranged steel bars – figs. 22–24 show the eighth variety of the animal cage with a shape similar to that of the seventh variety (figs. 19–21), and the difference between them is only that the eighth variety of this cage has both side walls made of rectangular wood-based slat frames with metal frames adjacent to their inner sides filled with vertically arranged metal bars similarly to the metal frames of its front wall.
