Grzejnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 11 kwietnia 2001 r. Pierwszenstwo: 20 pazdziernik 2000 r., Niemcy Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik do umieszczania przy scianie. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia grzejnik w widoku perspektywicznym od czola, fig. 1.1 - grzejnik w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - grzejnik w drugiej odmianiewykonania rur grzejnych w widoku perspektywicznym od czola i fig. 3 - grzejnik w widoku z góry w drugiej odmianie wykonania rur zbiorczych. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, ma ksztalt rurowego zbiornika z szeregiem usytuowanych równolegle wzgledem siebie rur grzejnych osadzonych w rurach zbiorczych. Grzejnik wyróznia sie specyficznym uksztaltowaniem pionowych rur zbiorczych. Rury zbiorcze, usytuowane po bokach grzejnika maja postac profilowanych ksztaltowników o pieciu sciankach bocznych. Scianki boczne rur zbiorczych maja rózna szerokosc. Rury grzejne usytuowane pomiedzy dwoma pionowymi rurami zbiorczymi sa wygiete lukowo i osadzone swoimi koncami w najwezszej ze scianek bocznych rur zbiorczych, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku: fig. 1, 1.1, 2, 3. Grzejnik w pierwszej odmianie wykonania ma rury grzejne rozmieszczone równomiernie wzdluz rur zbiorczych w jednej grupie (fig. 1). W drugiej odmianie wykonania natomiast rury grzejne uszeregowane sa w trzy grupy rur grzejnych rozmieszczonych równomiernie, pomiedzy tymi grupami zas znajduje sie wiekszy odstep, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fig. 2. Scianka boczna rur zbiorczych znajdujaca sie po stronie zwróconej ku scianie, odwrócona w kierunku przeciwnym niz luki rur grzejnych moze byc zamocowana do konców sasiednich scianek lub byc wzgledem nich cofnieta, jak to pokazuja fig. 1.1 i 3. PL PL PLRadiator The design registration right is valid from April 11, 2001. Priority: October 20, 2000, Germany. The design is a radiator for wall mounting. The essence of the design is a new form of the radiator, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the radiator in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 1.1 - the radiator in a top view, Fig. 2 - the radiator in a second version of the heating pipes in a perspective view from the front, and Fig. 3 - the radiator in a top view with the second version of the collector pipes. According to the design, the radiator has the shape of a tubular tank with a series of parallel heating pipes embedded in collector pipes. This radiator is distinguished by the specific shape of its vertical collector tubes. The collector tubes, located on the sides of the radiator, are shaped as profiled sections with five side walls. The side walls of the collector tubes vary in width. The heating tubes located between the two vertical collector tubes are arc-shaped and their ends are embedded in the narrowest of the collector tube side walls, as shown in the attached drawings: Fig. 1, 1.1, 2, 3. The first version of the radiator has heating tubes evenly distributed along the collector tubes in a single group (Fig. 1). In the second variant of the design, the heating pipes are arranged in three groups of heating pipes evenly spaced, with a larger gap between these groups, as shown in the attached Fig. 2. The side wall of the collecting pipes located on the side facing the wall, turned in the opposite direction to the bends of the heating pipes, can be attached to the ends of the adjacent walls or be set back from them, as shown in Figs. 1.1 and 3. 1. A radiator in the form of a tank with a number of heating pipes arranged parallel to each other and mounted in collector pipes, characterized in that its collector pipes, situated on the sides of the radiator, are in the form of profiled sections with five side walls of different widths, wherein the heating pipes situated between two vertical collector pipes are bent in an arc and mounted with their ends in the narrowest of the side walls of the collector pipes, as shown in the attached figures: 1, 1.1,

2, 3.2. A radiator according to claim 1, characterized in that it has heating pipes evenly distributed in one group along the collecting pipes, as shown in the attached Fig. 1.

3. A radiator according to claim 1, characterized in that it has heating pipes arranged in three groups of evenly spaced heating pipes, wherein the heating pipes in each group are evenly spaced from each other and there is a larger space between these groups, as shown in the attached Fig. 2.

4. A radiator according to claim 1, characterized in that the side wall of the collecting pipes located on the side turned in the opposite direction to the bends of the heating pipes is connected to the ends of the adjacent walls, as shown in Fig. 1.1.

5. A radiator according to claim 1, characterized in that the side wall of the collecting pipes located on the side turned in the opposite direction to the bends of the heating pipes is set back in relation to the ends of the adjacent walls, as shown in the attached Fig. 3.
