Grzejnik lukowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 9 maja 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik lukowy, przeznaczony do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów oraz linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig.la, fig.2a, fig.3a i fig.4a, pokazuje grzejnik w widoku z przodu, fig.Ib, fig.2b, fig.3b i fig.4b - grzejnik w widoku z góry, fig.lc, fig.2c, fig.3c i fig.4c - grzejnik w widoku z boku. Grzejnik lukowy, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, zawierajacy równolegle usy- tuowane pionowe radiatory w ksztalcie plaskiej rury, polaczone w górnej i dolnej czesci poziomymi kolektorami, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze radiatory sa wygiete w ksztalcie luku i usytuowane naprzemiennie w stosunku do kolektora, przy czym polaczone sa równolegle plaska powierzchnia z kolektorami poziomymi. Nastepna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sietym, ze radiatory polaczone sa w segmenty usytuowane naprzemiennie w stosunku do kolektora. Kolejna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w dwóch skrajnych segmentach radiatory sa wygiete w ksztalcie luku w tym samym kierunku, natomiast pomiedzy nimi jest usytuowane plaskie prostokatne lustro. A hatch radiator, according to a decorative pattern, containing parallel vertical radiators in the shape of a flat tube, connected at the top and bottom with horizontal collectors, characterized by the fact that the heat sinks are bent in the shape of an arc and arranged alternately with the collector, but connected there are a parallel flat surface with horizontal collectors. The next type of radiator, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by the fact that the heat sinks are connected into segments alternately in relation to the collector. Another variation of the radiator according to the decorative pattern, characterized by the fact that in the two extreme segments the heat sinks are bent in the shape of an arc in the same direction, while a flat rectangular mirror is situated between them. The next type of radiator, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by the fact that on both sides of the mirror, between the segments, a flat radiator is located perpendicular to the horizontal collectors.
