Grzejnik lukowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 9 maja 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik lukowy, przeznaczony do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów oraz linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig.la, fig.2a, fig.3a i fig.4a, pokazuje grzejnik w widoku z przodu, fig.Ib, fig.2b, fig.3b i fig.4b - grzejnik w widoku z góry, fig.lc, fig.2c, fig.3c i fig.4c - grzejnik w widoku z boku. Grzejnik lukowy, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, zawierajacy równolegle usy- tuowane pionowe radiatory w ksztalcie plaskiej rury, polaczone w górnej i dolnej czesci poziomymi kolektorami, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze radiatory sa wygiete w ksztalcie luku i usytuowane naprzemiennie w stosunku do kolektora, przy czym polaczone sa równolegle plaska powierzchnia z kolektorami poziomymi. Nastepna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sietym, ze radiatory polaczone sa w segmenty usytuowane naprzemiennie w stosunku do kolektora. Kolejna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w dwóch skrajnych segmentach radiatory sa wygiete w ksztalcie luku w tym samym kierunku, natomiast pomiedzy nimi jest usytuowane plaskie prostokatne lustro. Nastepna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze z dwóch stron lustra, pomiedzy segmentami usytuowany jest prostopadle do kolektorów poziomych plaski radiator. PL PL PLThe design registration right is valid from May 9, 2001. The design is for an arc radiator intended for central heating installations. The essence of the design is a new form of the radiator, manifested in its shape, arrangement of elements, and lines. The design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1a, Fig. 2a, Fig. 3a, and Fig. 4a show the radiator from the front; Fig. 1b, Fig. 2b, Fig. 3b, and Fig. 4b show the radiator from the top; and Fig. 1c, Fig. 2c, Fig. 3c, and Fig. 4c show the radiator from the side. An arc radiator, based on a decorative design, containing parallel, vertical, flat-tube-shaped radiators connected at the top and bottom by horizontal collectors, is characterized by the radiators being bent into an arc and arranged alternately relative to the collector, with a parallel, flat surface connecting them to the horizontal collectors. Another variant of a radiator based on a decorative design is characterized by the radiators being connected into segments arranged alternately relative to the collector. Another variant of a radiator based on a decorative design is characterized by the radiators being bent into an arc in the same direction in the two outer segments, with a flat, rectangular mirror placed between them. Another variant of a radiator based on a decorative design is characterized by a flat radiator placed perpendicular to the horizontal collectors on both sides of the mirror, between the segments.
