Grzejnik rurowy z plyta maskujaca Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 15 marca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik rurowy z plyta maskujaca, przeznaczony do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów oraz linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 7, fig. 8 i fig. 9 i fig. 10 pokazuje grzejnik w wi- doku z przodu, fig. 2 -grzejnik w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - grzejnik w widoku z góry. Grzejnik rurowy z plyta maskujaca wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, zawierajacy równolegle usytuowane pionowe kolektory oraz poziome radiatory wygiete w ksztalcie litery C, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze konce poziomych radiatorów sa pola- czone z przeciwleglymi sciankami kolektorów pionowych o ksztalcie prostopadlo- scianu, przy czym poziome radiatory, usytuowane sa w modulach o róznej ilosci radiatorów, natomiast odleglosc pomiedzy modulami jest wieksza od odlegloscipomiedzy poszczególnymi radiatorami w modulach. Dlugosc poszczególnych po- ziomych radiatorów zwieksza sie od konca grzejnika do jego polowy, zas od po- lowy do drugiego konca zmniejsza sie, nadajac grzejnikowi ksztalt symetrycznej bryly o lukowatych bokach. Przed pionowymi kolektorami usytuowanymi syme- trycznie w stosunku do pionowej osi grzejnika, umieszczona jest plaska ozdobna plyta maskujaca o zaokraglonych krawedziach pionowych, jak pokazano na ry- sunkach, fig. 1 do fig 10. Grzejnik wedlug odmiany wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze u dolu grzejnika, na ozdobnej plycie maskujacej, w poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi usytuowany jest zawór regulacyjny w ksztalcie walca, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 1, fig.2, fig. 3 i fig. 7. Grzejnik wedlug odmiany wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze u dolu grzejnika, ponizej dolnej krawedzi ozdobnej plaskiej plyty maskujacej usytu- owany jest zawór regulacyjny w ksztalcie walca, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig 5. Grzejnik wedlug odmiany wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ozdobna plyte maskujaca stanowia równolegle usytuowane pionowe panele w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych krawedziach, natomiast u dolu grzejnika, na ozdobnej plycie maskujacej, w poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi usytuowany jest zawór regulacyjny w ksztalcie walca, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig.9. Grzejnik wedlug odmiany wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ozdobna plyte maskujaca stanowia równolegle usytuowane pionowe panele w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych krawedziach, natomiast u dolu grzejnika, ponizej dolnej krawedzi ozdobnej plyty maskujacej, usytuowany jest zawór regu- lacyjny w ksztalcie walca, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 10. PL PL PLTubular Radiator with a Cover Plate The design registration right is valid from 15 March 2001. The design covers a tubular radiator with a cover plate, intended for central heating installations. The essence of the design is a new form of the radiator, manifested in its shape, arrangement of elements, and lines. The design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, and Fig. 10 show the radiator from the front, Fig. 2 shows the radiator from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the radiator from the top. A tubular radiator with a decorative cover plate, containing parallel vertical collectors and horizontal radiators bent in a C-shape, is characterized by the ends of the horizontal radiators being connected to the opposing walls of the vertical cuboid collectors. The horizontal radiators are arranged in modules with a varying number of radiators, while the distance between modules is greater than the distance between individual radiators within the modules. The length of individual horizontal radiators increases from one end of the radiator to the middle, and decreases from the middle to the other end, giving the radiator a symmetrical shape with arched sides. In front of the vertical collectors situated symmetrically in relation to the vertical axis of the radiator, there is placed a flat decorative cover plate with rounded vertical edges, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1 to fig. 10. The radiator according to the decorative design variant is characterized in that at the bottom of the radiator, on the decorative cover plate, near its lower edge, there is a cylindrical control valve, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 7.
