Grzejnik rurowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 15 lutego 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik rurowy, przeznaczony do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów oraz linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 5 i fig. 7 pokazuje grzejnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - grzejnik w widoku z boku, fig. 4, fig. 6 i fig. 8 - grzejnik w widoku z góry. Grzejnik rurowy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, zawierajacy równolegle usy- tuowane poziome radiatory i pionowe kolektory, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze konce poziomych radiatorów wygietych w ksztalcie litery C sa polaczone z przeciwleglymi sciankami kolektorów pionowych o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, oddalonych od siebie o odleglosc w przyblizeniu równa szerokosci kolektora. Po-ziome radiatoiy wygiete w ksztalcie litery C, usytuowane sa w modulach 0 róznej ilosci radiatorów, natomiast odleglosc pomiedzy modulami jest wieksza od odleglosci pomiedzy poszczególnymi radiatorami w modulach. Dlugosc po- szczególnych poziomych radiatorów zwieksza sie od konca grzejnika do jego po- lowy, zas od polowy do drugiego konca zmniejsza sie, nadajac grzejnikowi ksztalt symetrycznej bryly o lukowatych bokach. Pionowe kolektory sa usytuowane asy- metrycznie w stosunku do pionowej osi grzejnika, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 1 do fig 4. Grzejnik wedlug odmiany wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dlugosc poszczególnych poziomych radiatorów zwieksza sie od konca grzejnika do jego polowy, zas od polowy do drugiego konca zmniejsza sie, nadajac grzejni- kowi ksztalt bryly o lukowatym boku z jednej strony i prostym boku z drugiej strony, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 5 do fig.8. PL PL PLTubular Radiator The design registration right is valid from February 15, 2001. The design is for a tubular radiator designed for central heating installations. The essence of the design is a new form of the radiator, manifested in its shape, arrangement of elements, and lines. The design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5, and Fig. 7 show the radiator from the front; Fig. 2 shows the radiator from the side; Fig. 4, Fig. 6, and Fig. 8 show the radiator from the top. A tubular radiator with a decorative design, containing parallel horizontal radiators and vertical collectors, is characterized by the ends of the horizontal radiators, bent in a C-shape, being connected to opposite walls of vertical, cuboid collectors, spaced apart by a distance approximately equal to the collector width. The horizontal radiators, bent in a C-shape, are arranged in modules with varying numbers of radiators, while the distance between modules is greater than the distance between individual radiators within the modules. The length of each horizontal radiator increases from one end of the radiator to the middle, and decreases from the middle to the other end, giving the radiator a symmetrical shape with arched sides. The vertical collectors are positioned asymmetrically in relation to the vertical axis of the radiator, as shown in Figures 1 to 4. The radiator, according to the decorative pattern variation, is characterized in that the length of the individual horizontal radiators increases from the end of the radiator to its middle, and decreases from the middle to the other end, giving the radiator a solid shape with an arched side on one side and a straight side on the other side, as shown in Figures 5 to 8.
