Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzejnik rurowy z plyta maskujaca, przeznaczony do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. The subject of the industrial design is a tubular radiator with a masking plate, intended for central heating installations.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów oraz linii. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the radiator, which is reflected in the shape, arrangement of elements and lines.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1, fig. 4, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9 i fig. 10 pokazuje grzejnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2, fig. 5-grzejnik w widoku z góry, fig. 3, fig.6 - grzejnik w widoku z boku.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Grzejnik rurowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawierajacy równolegle usytuowane pionowe kolektory oraz poziome radiatory wygiete w ksztalcie litery C, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze konce poziomych radiatorów sa polaczone z przeciw- leglymi sciankami kolektorów pionowych o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, przy czym poziome radiatory usytuowane sa w modulach o róznej ilosci radiatorów, natomiast odleglosc pomiedzy modulami jest wieksza od odleglosci pomiedzy po- szczególnymi radiatorami w modulach, przy czym dlugosc poszczególnych po- ziomych radiatorów zmniejsza sie od konca grzejnika do jego polowy, zas od po- lowy do drugiego konca zmniejsza sie, nadajac grzejnikowi ksztalt symetrycznej bryly o wkleslych, lukowatych bokach jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. 1 do fig 10. The heater according to a variant of the industrial design is characterized in that the horizontal heat sinks are arranged in one module, as shown in Fig. 4 to Fig. 6.

Grzejnik wedlug odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przed pionowymi kolektorami usytuowanymi symetrycznie w stosunku do pio- nowej osi grzejnika, umieszczona jest plaska ozdobna plyta maskujaca o zaokra- glonych krawedziach pionowych, przy czym u dolu grzejnika, na ozdobnej plycie maskujacej, w poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi usytuowany jest zawór regulacyjny w ksztalcie walca, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 7 i fig. 9 . The radiator, according to the industrial design, is characterized by the fact that in front of the vertical collectors situated symmetrically in relation to the vertical axis of the radiator, there is a flat decorative masking plate with rounded vertical edges, while at the bottom of the radiator, on a decorative masking plate, a cylinder-shaped regulating valve is arranged near its lower edge as shown in the figures, fig. 7 and fig. 9.
