Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik lazienkowy przeznaczony do central- nego ogrzewania w lazienkach, który sluzy jednoczesnie do ogrzewania pomieszczenia i jako wieszak pelniacy role suszarki. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac wzoru przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia grzejnik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z dolu, a Fig.2 przedstawia szczegól widoku grzejnika od dolu. Grzejnik zawiera lukowe odcinki rur, zgrupowane w segmentach tworzacych jednakowe odstepy miedz}' soba, przy czym dolny segment zawiera kazdorazowo wieksza ilosc lukowych odcinków rur, zas pozostale segmenty zawieraja kazdorazowo mniejsza ilosclukowych odcinków rur. Lukowe odcinki rur sa osadzone w podluznych bocznych kolektorach, majacych w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt nieregularnego pieciokata, przy czym boczne kolektory na swoich koncach maja elementy zaslepiajace o ksztalcie odpowia- dajacym ksztaltowi nieregularnego pieciokata kazdego z kolektorów, zas elementy zaslepiajace zaopatrzone sa w okragle otwory. Ponadto kazdy kolektor zawiera plaska pla- szczyzne podstawy, która jest polaczona z dwoma bocznymi powierzchniami plaskimi oraz ma powierzchnie zwienczajaca utworzona z lukowatej powierzchni polaczonej z plaska górna powierzchnia, przy czym lukowe krzywizny lukowych odcinków rur przechodza w lu- kowa krzywizne lukowatej powierzchni zwienczajacej obu bocznych kolektorów, jak po- kazano na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i Fig.2. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego nadaje przedmiotowi oryginalny i swoisty wyg- lad, a jego cechy estetyczne zwiekszaja jego atrakcyjnosc jako wyrobu uzytecznego i zdob- niczego. The essence of a decorative pattern is a new form of a pattern which is reflected in the shape, arrangement of lines and arrangement of surfaces. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the heater in perspective from the front and from the bottom, and Fig. 2 shows a detail view of the heater from the bottom. The heater comprises hatch pipe sections grouped in segments that form equal copper spacing, the lower segment each having a greater number of bent pipe sections, and the remaining segments each having a smaller number of arc-shaped pipe sections. The arched sections of the pipes are embedded in the longitudinal side collectors with an irregular five-shape in cross-section, while the side collectors at their ends have blanking elements in the shape corresponding to the shape of the irregular five-shape of each of the collectors, and the blanking elements are provided with circular openings. Moreover, each manifold comprises a flat plane base which is connected to the two lateral flat surfaces and has a caprocking surface formed by an arched surface connected to a flat top surface, the arcuate curvatures of the hatch pipe sections blending into the arcuate curvatures of the arcuate capillaries of both sides collectors as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
