Znane z opisów patentowych grzejniki lazienkowe zgloszone za nr 108279. 108280 charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na pionowych kolektorach usytuowane sadrabin- kowo poziome rury grzejne, wygiete na calej dlugosci w postaci luku, zas pomiedzy rurami grzejnymi jest przynajmniej jeden wiekszy odstep przeznaczony do suszenia reczników bielizny itp. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczny ksztalt zdobnictwo oraz zestawienie poszcze- gólnych elementów wzoru tworzacych charakterystyczna specyfike wzoru. Poszczególne elementy zestawu przedstawione zostaly na zalaczonym materia- le ilustracyjnym w widoku perspektywicznym, na którym fig. 1-fig.6 przedstawiaja ko- lejne odmiany grzejnika. Patents filed under No. 108279 and 108280 describe bathroom radiators characterized by horizontal heating tubes arranged in a ladder-like fashion on vertical collectors, curved along their entire length into an arc. Between the heating tubes is at least one larger space intended for drying towels, underwear, etc. The essence of the design lies in its distinctive shape, ornamentation, and the arrangement of individual design elements that create its distinctive character. Individual elements of the set are shown in the attached illustrative material in a perspective view, where Fig. 1-Fig. 6 depict subsequent variations of the radiator. The radiator according to the pattern has an outline close to a rectangle in the frontal view and is composed of a series of vertical tubes - rungs, arranged in an arc at equal distances from each other and closed in the upper and lower parts with horizontally arranged arc-shaped sections, while in the upper part, between the rungs, there are hangers in an outline close to a triangle - intended for hanging towels or clothes, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. In another variant, the radiator according to the pattern has an outline close to a rectangle in the frontal view and is composed of a series of vertical tubes - rungs, arranged in equal distances from each other and closed in the upper and lower parts with horizontally arranged arc-shaped sections, while in the upper part, between the rungs, there are are in the shape of an inverted triangle - hangers in the form of hooks, intended for hanging towels or clothes, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. In another variant, the radiator has an outline close to a rectangle in the front view and is composed of a number of vertical tubes, arranged in an arc at equal distances from each other and closed in the upper and lower parts by horizontally placed sections with arc outlines, while in the center, between the tubes along the entire length of the radiator, there is a rectangular mirror, and in the upper part, between the tubes of the radiator, symmetrically on both sides, there are hangers intended for hanging towels or clothes, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 3. In another variant, the radiator has a frontal view with an outline close to a rectangle and is composed of a number of vertical tubes, spaced at equal distances from each other and closed in the upper and lower parts with horizontally arranged profiles, while in the center, between the tubes along the entire length of the radiator, there is a rectangular mirror, and in the upper part, between the radiator tubes, symmetrically on both sides, there are hangers for hanging towels or clothes, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 4. In another variant, the radiator has an outline close to a rectangle in the front view and is composed of a number of vertical tubes arranged in an arc at equal distances from each other and closed in the upper and lower parts with horizontally placed sections with arc outlines, while in the center, between the tubes along the entire length of the radiator, there is a rectangular mirror, while in the upper part, perpendicular to the section, there are three tubes with outlines close to stylized letters "U" of different sizes, placed symmetrically one inside the other, together forming a shelf, while in the upper part of the radiator, symmetrically on both sides, between the tubes, there are hangers for hanging towels or clothes, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 5. In the next variant, the radiator has an outline similar to a parallelogram in the frontal view and is composed of a number of tubes situated at an angle, spaced at equal distances from each other and closed in the upper and lower parts with horizontally arranged sections, wherein on the upper section there are situated in a horizontal plane two hangers in the form of tubes with outlines similar to stylized, elongated letters "U", as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 6.
