Panel przyscienny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 27 listopada 1998 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest panel przyscienny, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do ozdobnego wykanczania scian pokoju, szczególnie za lózkami, kompletami wypoczynkowymi, biurkami. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac panelu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany w szesciu odmianach na lysunku i fotogra- fiach, z któiych rysunki fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 i 6 przedstawiaja odmiany panelu przy- sciennego w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - pierwsza odmiane panelu w widoku z bo- ku, fig. 10 - trzecia odmiane panelu w widoku z boku, natomiast fotografie fig. 7 i 8 przedstawiaja przykladowe wykorzystanie drugiej i piatej odmian paneli w zabudowie pokoju hotelowego.Wszystkie odmiany panelu charakteryzuja sie tym, ze maja postac wydluzo- nej w poziomie plyty o ksztalcie czworokata, w którym tylko dwa katy przy pod- stawie sa proste, a górna krawedz tworzy linie falista, jak pokazano na fig. 1 do 10. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. 1 i 9, panel po- siada górna krawedz tworzaca fale opadajaca. W drugiej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. 2, 7 i 8, panel po- siada górna krawedz tworzaca fale wznoszaca sie. W nastepnej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. 3 i 10, panel ma górna krawedz tworzaca fale opadajaca i jest wyposazony dodatkowo w element do mocowania oswietlenia, rozmieszczony w srodkowej czesci jego górnej kra- wedzi. Element ten ma postac pionowo usytuowanej deski o zaokraglonej górnej krawedzi i lukowo zakonczonej dolnej krawedzi, przylegajacej do górnej krawe- dzi panelu, ponadto posiada na swej scianie czolowej owalna plytke o równole- glych bocznych krawedziach i lukowych krawedziach dolnej i górnej. W czwartej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. 4, panel ma gór- na krawedz tworzaca fale wznoszaca sie i jest takze wyposazony w element do mocowania oswietlenia rozmieszczony w srodkowej czesci jego górnej krawedzi, który to element ma postac pionowo usytuowanej deski o zaokraglonej górnej krawedzi i lukowo zakonczonej dolnej krawedzi, przylegajacej do górnej krawe- dzi panelu, ponadto posiada na swej scianie czolowej owalna plytke o równole- glych bocznych krawedziach i lukowych krawedziach górnej i dolnej. W kolejnej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. 5, 7 i 8, panel ma górna krawedz tworzaca fale opadajaca i posiada dwa elementy do mocowania oswietlenia, rozmieszczone w jego górnej krawedzi. Kazdy z tych elementów ma postac pionowo usytuowanej deski o zaokraglonej górnej krawedzi i lukowo za- konczonej dolnej krawedzi, przylegajacej do górnej krawedzi panelu, ponadto posiada na swej scianie czolowej owalna plytke o równoleglych bocznych kra- wedziach i lukowych krawedziach górnej i dolnej, przy czym elementy te posia-daja rózna wysokosc. Krótszy z nich jest usytuowany z lewej strony - patrzac na czolowa sciane panelu - na wyzszym odcinku panelu, a dluzszy z prawej strony na nizszym odcinku panelu tak, ze górne krawedzie elementów do mocowania oswietlenia sa rozmieszczone na tym samym poziomie. W szóstej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fig. 6, panel ma górna krawedz tworzaca fale wznoszaca sie i posiada równiez dwa elementy do moco- wania oswietlenia. Kazdy z tych elementów ma postac pionowo usytuowanej deski o zaokraglonej górnej krawedzi i lukowo zakonczonej dolnej krawedzi, przylegajacej do górnej krawedzi panelu, ponadto posiada na swej scianie czolo- wej owalna plytke o równoleglych bocznych krawedziach i lukowych krawe- dziach górnej i dolnej, przy czym elementy te posiadaja rózna wysokosc. Dluz- szy z nich jest usytuowany z lewej strony - patrzac na czolowa sciane panelu - na krótszym odcinku panelu, a krótszy z prawej strony na wyzszym odcinku panelu tak, ze górne krawedzie elementów do mocowania oswietlenia sa rozmieszczone na tym samym poziomie. The subject of the decorative design is a wall panel, intended primarily for decorative finishing of room walls, particularly behind beds, lounge suites, and desks. The essence of the decorative design is the new form of the panel, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the pattern is shown in six variations in the drawing and photographs, of which figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 show variations of the wall panel in a front view, figure 9 - the first variation of the panel in a side view, figure 10 - the third variation of the panel in a side view, while photographs figures 7 and 8 show examples of the use of the second and fifth variations of panels in the construction of a hotel room. All variations of the panel are characterized by the fact that they have the form of a horizontally elongated quadrangular board in which only two angles at the base are straight and the upper edge forms a wavy line, as shown in figures 1 to 10. In the first variation of the decorative pattern, shown in figures 1 and 9, the panel has an upper edge forming a descending wave. In the second decorative pattern, shown in Figures 2, 7, and 8, the panel has an upper edge forming an ascending wave. In the next decorative pattern, shown in Figures 3 and 10, the panel has an upper edge forming a descending wave and is additionally equipped with a lighting mounting element located in the center of its upper edge. This element takes the form of a vertically oriented board with a rounded upper edge and an arched lower edge, adjacent to the upper edge of the panel. Furthermore, it has an oval plate on its front wall with parallel side edges and arched lower and upper edges. In the fourth variant of the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 4, the panel has an upper edge forming an ascending wave and is also provided with a lighting mounting element arranged in the central part of its upper edge, which element is in the form of a vertically oriented board with a rounded upper edge and an arched lower edge, adjacent to the upper edge of the panel, and furthermore has on its front wall an oval plate with parallel side edges and arched upper and lower edges. In the next variant of the decorative pattern, shown in Figs. 5, 7, and 8, the panel has an upper edge forming a descending wave and has two lighting mounting elements arranged in its upper edge. Each of these elements takes the form of a vertically arranged board with a rounded upper edge and an arched lower edge, adjoining the upper edge of the panel. Furthermore, it has an oval plate on its front wall with parallel side edges and arched upper and lower edges, with these elements having different heights. The shorter one is located on the left side—looking at the front wall of the panel—on the higher section of the panel, and the longer one on the right side on the lower section of the panel, so that the upper edges of the lighting mounting elements are arranged at the same level. In the sixth variant of the decorative pattern, shown in Fig. 6, the panel has an upper edge forming an ascending wave and also has two lighting mounting elements. Each of these elements is a vertically arranged board with a rounded top edge and an arched bottom edge, adjoining the top edge of the panel. It also has an oval plate on its front face with parallel side edges and arched top and bottom edges, with these elements having different heights. The longer one is located on the left side—looking at the front face of the panel—on the shorter section of the panel, and the shorter one is located on the right side on the higher section of the panel, so that the upper edges of the lighting mounting elements are positioned at the same level.
