Grzejnik rurowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 18 maja 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik rurowy, zwlaszcza grzejnik lazienkowy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac grzejnika, przejawia- jaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. W pierwszej odmianie grzejnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego wyposazo- ny jest w równomiernie rozmieszczone rury lukowe i posiada trzy ruryosadzone w dolnej trapezowej czesci ramy i cztery rury w czesci górnej, która ma postac prostokata zwróconego dluzszym bokiem w strone dluz- szej podstawy trapezu. Grzejnik w drugiej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego wyposazony jest w równomiernie rozmieszczone rury lukowe i posiada cztery rury osadzone w dolnej trapezowej czesci ramy i siedem rur w czesci górnej, która ma zarys kwadratu. W trzeciej odmianie grzejnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego wyposazony jest takze w równomiernie rozmieszczone rury lukowe i posiada piec rur osadzonych w dolnej trapezowej czesci ramy i dziewiec rur w czesci gór- nej, która ma zarys prostokata zwróconego krótszym bokiem w strone dluzszej podstawy trapezu. PL PLTubular Radiator The right of registration of an ornamental design has been valid since 18 May 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a tubular radiator, particularly a bathroom radiator. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the radiator, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The radiator, in all its variations, features a set of horizontal tubes embedded in a frame collector. The frame collector is shaped like two interconnected geometric shapes: a trapezoid at the bottom, with its longer base facing upward, and a rectangle with rounded upper corners at the top. Various versions feature curved or straight tubes, with tubes evenly spaced or grouped. The first variant features evenly spaced curved tubes and three tubes embedded in the lower, trapezoidal section of the frame and four tubes in the upper section, which is a rectangle with its longer side facing the longer base of the trapezoid. The radiator in the second decorative design is equipped with evenly spaced arched tubes and has four tubes embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame and seven tubes in the upper section, which has a square outline. In the third decorative design, the radiator is also equipped with evenly spaced arched tubes and has five tubes embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame and nine tubes in the upper section, which has a rectangular outline with its shorter side facing the longer base of the trapezoid. In the next decorative design, the radiator has evenly spaced straight tubes, with three tubes embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame and four tubes in the upper section, which has a rectangular outline with its longer side facing the longer base of the trapezoid. In another variation, the radiator with the ornamental design is equipped with evenly spaced straight pipes and has four pipes embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame and seven pipes in the upper part, which has a square outline. In the sixth variation, the radiator with the ornamental design is equipped with evenly spaced straight pipes and has five pipes embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame and nine pipes in the upper part, which has a rectangular outline with the shorter side facing the longer base of the trapezoid. Another radiator with the ornamental design is characterized by being equipped with unevenly spaced arched pipes and has three pipes grouped and embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame, a gap where the trapezoidal part joins the rectangular part, and five pipes grouped and embedded in the upper rectangular part. In another variation, the radiator with the ornamental design also has unevenly spaced arched pipes. Three pipes are grouped and embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame, followed by a gap where the trapezoidal part joins the rectangular part. The rectangular part of the radiator's frame has four pipes grouped in its lower section, another gap approximately halfway up the rectangular part, and three pipes grouped and embedded in the upper section. The next variant, a radiator with a decorative pattern, is characterized by unevenly spaced straight pipes and three pipes grouped and embedded in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame, a gap where the trapezoidal part joins the rectangular part, and five pipes grouped and embedded in the upper rectangular part. In the tenth variant, the radiator, following the decorative pattern, is also equipped with unevenly spaced straight pipes and has three pipes grouped and mounted in the lower trapezoidal part of the frame, then a gap where the trapezoidal part joins the rectangular part, four pipes grouped in the lower part of the upper rectangular part, another gap halfway up the rectangular part, and three pipes grouped and mounted in the upper part of the upper rectangular part.
