PL 23441 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrycie uchwytu do stelazy wózków, przeznaczonych do stosowania dla wózków dla dzieci lub stelazy wózków transportowych dla zwierzat oraz innych podobnych. Uchwyt wykonany jest z ksztaltowej metalowej rurki, natomiast pokrycie wykonane jest z materialu skóropodobnego a jego ksztalt zewnetrzny przylegle odwzorowuje ksztalt zewnetrzny uchwytu. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach reliefu na powierzchni pokrycia, utworzonego przez ksztaltowe wytloczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym w odmianach kolorystycznych pokrycie uchwytu, gdzie na fig. 1 oraz 1a, pokazano pokrycie w kolorze czarnym z reliefem tworzonym na powierzchni przez liczne obwodowe rowki o róznej szerokosci i glebokosci, które wykonane sa tak, ze imituja nawoje tasmy. Ponadto powierzchnia pokrycia ma wykonane bardzo drobne poprzeczne lub ukosne rysy tworzace teksture chropowata. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 5, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. Pokazana na fig. 2 powierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor ciemny popielaty, natomiast pokazana na fig. 3, ma kolor jasny popielaty, pokazana na fig. 4 powierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor jasnobrazowy, a na fig. 5 powierzchnia ta ma kolor ciemnobrazowy. The handle is made of a shaped metal tube, while the cover is made of a leather-like material and its external shape closely resembles the external shape of the handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the features of the relief on the surface of the cover, created by shaped embossing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, presenting the handle cover in colour variations, where in fig. 1 and 1a, the cover is shown in black with a relief created on the surface by numerous circumferential grooves of different width and depth, which are made in such a way as to imitate tape rolls. In addition, the surface of the cover has very fine transverse or diagonal scratches creating a rough texture. The variants of the industrial design, shown in individual figures from 2 to 5, have the features described above, but the colour scheme differs. The surface of the cover shown in figure 2 is dark ash-grey, while that shown in figure 3 is light ash-grey, the surface of the cover shown in figure 4 is light brown, and in figure 5 this surface is dark brown. An important feature of the cover of the handle for the trolley frame, according to the industrial design, is that on the outer surface it has a repeatable relief created by numerous circumferential grooves of different width and depth, which are made so as to imitate tape rolls. In addition, the surface of the cover has very fine transverse or diagonal scratches creating a rough texture.
