Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach reliefu na powierzchni pokrycia, utworzonego przez ksztaltowe wytloczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym w odmianach kolorystycznych i konturowo pokrycie uchwytu, gdzie na fig. 1 poka- zano pokrycie w kolorze czarnym z reliefem tworzonym przez liczne wytloczenia w ksztalcie fantazyj- nych wypustek o takiej samej wysokosci i róznej grubosci oraz w bliskim usytuowaniu, które takim ulozeniem imituja powierzchnie chropowata i porowata, pokazano na fig. 1 oraz 1a. The handle is made of a shaped metal tube, while the cover is made of a leather-like material and its external shape closely resembles the external shape of the handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the features of the relief on the surface of the cover, created by shaped embossing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, presenting the handle covering in various colours and contours, where fig. 1 shows a black covering with a relief created by numerous embossings in the shape of fanciful protrusions of the same height and different thickness and in close proximity, which in such an arrangement imitate a rough and porous surface, are shown in figs. 1 and 1a. The variations of the industrial design presented in individual figures from 2 to 5 have the features described above, but they differ in colour scheme. The surface of the cover shown in fig. 2 is light ash-gray, the surface of the cover shown in fig. 3 is dark ash-gray, the surface of the cover shown in fig. 4 is light brown, and in fig. 5 this surface is dark brown. An important feature of the cover of the handle for the trolley frame according to the industrial design is that on the external surface it has a relief made of numerous embossments in the shape of fancy protrusions, of the same height and different thickness and in close proximity, which by such arrangement imitate a rough and porous surface.
