Uchwyt wykonany jest z ksztaltowej metalowej rurki, natomiast pokrycie wykonane jest z materialu skóropodobnego a jego ksztalt zewnetrzny przylegle odwzorowuje ksztalt zewnetrzny uchwytu. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach reliefu na powierzchni pokrycia, utworzonego przez ksztaltowe wytloczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym w odmianach kolorystycznych pokrycie uchwytu, gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano pokrycie w kolorze czarnym z reliefem tworzonym przez liczne wytloczenia w ksztalcie krzyzujacych sie praz- ków o niejednakowej grubosci, imitujacych przeplot nitek tkaniny, jak pokazano na fig. 1 oraz 1a. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 5, posia- daja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. Pokazana na fig. 2 powierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor ciemny popielaty, pokazana na fig. 3 ma ko- lor jasny popielaty, pokazana na fig. 4 powierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor jasnobrazowy, a na fig. 5 po- wierzchnia ta ma kolor ciemnobrazowy. The handle is made of a shaped metal tube, while the cover is made of imitation leather and its external shape closely resembles the external shape of the handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the features of the relief on the surface of the cover, created by shaped embossing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, presenting the handle cover in colour variations, where Fig. 1 shows a black cover with a relief created by numerous embossings in the form of intersecting stripes of unequal thickness, imitating the interlacing of fabric threads, as shown in Figs. 1 and 1a. The industrial design variations shown in individual figures 2 to 5 have the features described above, but they differ in colour. The surface of the cover shown in figure 2 is dark grey, the surface of the cover shown in figure 3 is light grey, the surface of the cover shown in figure 4 is light brown, and in figure 5 this surface is dark brown. An essential feature of the cover of the trolley frame handle, according to the industrial design, is that on the external surface it has a relief created by numerous embossings in the form of intersecting stripes of unequal thickness, imitating the interlacing of fabric threads.
