PL 23485 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrycie uchwytu do stelazy wózków, przeznaczonych do stosowania dla wózków dla dzieci lub stelazy wózków transportowych dla zwierzat oraz innych podobnych. Uchwyt wykonany jest z ksztaltowej metalowej rurki, natomiast pokrycie wykonane jest z materialu skóropodobnego a jego ksztalt zewnetrzny przylegle odwzorowuje ksztalt zewnetrzny uchwytu. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach reliefu na powierzchni pokrycia, utworzonego przez ksztaltowe wytloczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym w odmianach kolorystycznych pokrycie uchwytu, gdzie na fig. 1, pokazano pokrycie w kolorze czarnym z reliefem tworzonym na powierzchni przez ramke wewnatrz której znajduje sie czworokat w ksztalcie zblizonym do kwadratu, przy czym ramka jest podzielona, i tworza ja cztery usytuowane w narozach katownikowe ksztalty „L". Ponadto powierzchnia pokrycia ma wypuklosci imitujace, teksture chropowata. Relief tworzy powtarzalny motyw jak pokazano na fig. 1 oraz 1a. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 5, posia- daja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. Pokazana na fig. 2 powierzchnia po- krycia ma kolor ciemny popielaty, pokazana na fig. 3 ma kolor jasny popielaty, pokazana na fig. 4 po- wierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor jasnobrazowy, a na fig. 5 powierzchnia ta ma kolor ciemnobrazowy. The handle is made of a shaped metal tube, while the cover is made of a leather-like material, and its external shape closely mirrors the external shape of the handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the relief features on the surface of the cover, created by shaped embossing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, presenting the handle cover in different color variations, where Fig. 1 shows a black cover with a relief created on the surface by a frame inside which there is a quadrilateral in a shape similar to a square, the frame being divided and formed by four angled "L" shapes located in the corners. Furthermore, the surface of the cover has convexities imitating a rough texture. The relief creates a repeating motif as shown in Figs. 1 and 1a. The variants of the industrial design, presented in individual figures 2 to 5, have the features described above, but differ in color. The covering surface shown in Fig. 2 is dark gray, the covering surface shown in Fig. 3 is light gray, the covering surface shown in Fig. 4 is light brown, and the covering surface in Fig. 5 is dark brown. An important feature of the covering for the handle of the trolley frame, according to the industrial design, is that on the outer surface it has a repeatable relief created by a frame inside which there is a quadrilateral in a shape close to a square, the frame being divided and formed by four angled "L" shapes located in the corners.
