Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie zarówno w jego ksztalcie, faktu- rze zewnetrznej z umieszczonym na obu wiekszych scianach frontowych fantazyjnym rysunkiem ob- razujacym postac precla z umieszczonym pod nim napisem „Precle" wykonanym stylizowanymi lite- rami, jak i w zróznicowanym obustronnie szwie zamykajacym to opakowanie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – to samo opakowanie w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 – to samo opakowanie w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 – to samo opakowanie w wido- ku od spodu, a fig. 5 – to samo opakowanie w widoku z boku. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, its external texture, with a fanciful drawing of a pretzel on both larger front walls with the word "Pretzels" written in stylized letters underneath, and in the seam that closes the package, which is different on both sides. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the package in a perspective view, Fig. 2 – the same package in a front view, Fig. 3 – the same package in a back view, Fig. 4 – the same package in a bottom view, and Fig. 5 – the same package in a side view. The industrial design packaging has a solid shape composed of a front wall and a back wall with profiles resembling isosceles trapezoids, the longer sides of which are connected on both sides by side walls with profiles resembling isosceles triangles. The lower sides of these four walls are folded into a rectangle with rounded shorter sides. In turn, the upper ends of the adjacent front and back walls are folded back together, creating a rectangular fold profile. These folds are joined on the front surface with a white, single-thread straight stitch, and on the back surface and opposite it with a white, double-thread stitch with its end protruding outward. All external surfaces of this package have vertically arranged decorative notches, and on its front and back walls there is a drawing of a fancifully rolled pretzel with black contour lines, on the surface of which there are black spots and short arc lines, and underneath it the inscription "Pretzels" in stylized letters.
