Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie linii perforacji wykonanej w zawieszce, która nadaje jej swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych oraz umozliwia zawieszenie jej na sciance naczynia po jej naderwaniu, przez co uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Zawieszka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej i moze byc wykonana z dowolnego kartonu w dostepnych barwach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym zbiorczym rysunku przedstawiajacym zawieszke w widoku z przodu w kilku odmianach od fig. 1 do fig. 5. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowa postac zawieszki, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym wykonana z cienkiego kartonu w ksztalcie prostokata, wyraza sie tym, ze w zawieszce wykonana jest perforacja o dowolnym ksztalcie, gdzie poczatek linii perforacji rozpoczyna sie od dolnego naroznika lub bocznej scianki prostokata i konczy sie w jego polu, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji od fig. 1 do fig. 5. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w prostokatnej zawieszce wykonana jest perforacja tworzaca linie otwartego trójkata o zaokraglonym kacie, i róznej dlugosci ramion, przy czym perforacja dluzszego ramienia trójkata rozpoczyna sie od dolnego naroznika i konczy sie krótszym ramieniem w jego polu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 1. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w prostokatnej zawieszce wykonana jest perforacja, gdzie poczatek linii perforacji biegnie od bocznej scianki prostokata tworzac prosta, równolegla linie do boku prostokata i tworzy ksztalt zblizony do stozka o wypuklych bokach, a konczy sie krótszym ramieniem w jego polu, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 2. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w prostokatnej zawieszce wykonana jest perforacja tworzaca linie otwartego trójkata o zaokraglonym kacie, i róznej dlugosci ramion, przy czym perforacja dluzszego ramienia trójkata rozpoczyna sie od bocznej scianki prostokata i konczy sie krótszym ramieniem w jego polu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the original shape of the perforation line in the pendant, which gives it a unique character intended to enhance its aesthetic qualities and allows it to be hung on the wall of a vessel after tearing, thus gaining beneficial distinctive and functional characteristics. The pendant, as designed in the industrial design, is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production and can be made from any cardboard in available colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing showing the tag in a front view in several variants from fig. 1 to fig. 5. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of the tag, in accordance with the industrial design made of thin cardboard in the shape of a rectangle, is expressed in that the tag has a perforation of any shape, where the beginning of the perforation line starts from the bottom corner or side wall of the rectangle and ends in its field, as shown in the attached illustration from fig. 1 to fig. 5. In the first variant of the industrial design, the rectangular tag has a perforation forming the lines of an open triangle with a rounded angle and different lengths of arms, where the perforation of the longer arm of the triangle starts from the bottom corner and ends with a shorter arm in its field, as shown in the attached illustration in fig. 1. In the second variant of the industrial design, a rectangular pendant is perforated, where the beginning of the perforation line runs from the side wall of the rectangle, creating a straight, parallel line to the side of the rectangle and forms a shape similar to a cone with convex sides, and ends with a shorter arm in its field, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 2. In the third variant of the industrial design, a rectangular pendant is perforated, creating lines of an open triangle with a rounded angle and different lengths of arms, wherein the perforation of the longer arm of the triangle starts from the side wall of the rectangle and ends with a shorter arm in its field, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, a rectangular pendant is perforated, where the beginning of the perforation line starts from the bottom corner of the rectangle and runs upwards, creating the shape of an open circle and ends in its area, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 4. In the fifth variant of the industrial design, a perforation is made in the rectangular pendant, where the beginning of the perforation line runs from the side wall of the rectangle with a straight line rising upwards, creating the shape of an open circle and ending in its area, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 5.
