Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Efekt przestrzenny uzyskany jest poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie i zgrupowanie elementów zewnetrznych tworzacych postac tego opakowania, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidocznione jest w zestawie ilustracji przedstawiajacym odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego, z których pierwsza dotyczy ogólnego ksztaltu opakowania, a nastepne odmiany tego opakowania w róznych kolorach. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape and colours. The spatial effect is achieved through the original shaping and grouping of external elements that create the form of this packaging, thus giving it a specific and original appearance. The iron packaging according to the industrial design is shown in a set of illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design, the first of which concerns the general shape of the packaging, and the next variations of this packaging in different colours. The individual figures of the set of illustrations show; Fig. 1 – the shape of the packaging, without colours on its surfaces; Fig. 2 – the iron packaging in isometric projection in black, white and blue; Fig. 3 – iron packaging in isometric projection in black, white and yellow; Fig. 4 – iron packaging in isometric projection in black, grey and purple; Fig. 5 – iron packaging in isometric projection in black, white, grey and blue; Fig. 6 – iron packaging in isometric projection in black, yellow and orange. Variation 1. The subject of this variant of the industrial design is only the shape of the packaging – repeated in the remaining variants regardless of the colours of the packaging. The iron packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a five-sided spatial solid consisting of a base with a rectangular outline, a wall with a rectangular outline, two parallel walls with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle, in which the hypotenuse is an arc, and walls with the shape of a surface. The surface is defined by the arcs of the sides with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle, the upper base of the wall with a rectangular outline, and the shorter side of the base with a rectangular outline. The walls with a rectangular outline and the walls with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle are situated perpendicularly to the base. The edge between the face with the outline of a rectangle and the face in the shape of a surface and the edges between the faces with the outline similar to a right triangle and the face in the shape of a surface have a bevel. On one of the faces with the outline similar to a right triangle there are three fields defined by two lines running from the vertex between the longer leg and the hypotenuse to the other two vertices and the edges of the face. The first field is defined by the hypotenuse in the form of an arc and the first line, consisting of two arcs, one convex the other concave, runs from the vertex between the longer leg and the hypotenuse to the vertex between the shorter leg and the hypotenuse. The second field is defined by two lines - the first consisting of two arcs, one convex and the other concave, running from the vertex between the longer leg and hypotenuse to the vertex between the shorter leg and hypotenuse, the second line in the form of an arc, running from the vertex between the longer leg and hypotenuse to the vertex between the legs and the shorter leg. The third field is defined by the longer leg and the second line in the form of an arc, running from the vertex between the longer leg and hypotenuse to the vertex between the legs. In the first field, near the corner between the shorter leg and hypotenuse, there is a cylindrical recess. Variation 2. The iron packaging according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the rectangular wall, the surface-shaped wall, the cylindrical surface and the bottom of the recess are black. The first and third fields of the wall with an outline similar to a rectangular triangle are blue. The second field of the wall with an outline similar to a rectangular triangle are white. Variation 3. The iron packaging according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the rectangular wall, the surface-shaped wall, the cylindrical surface and the bottom of the recess are black. The first and third fields of the wall PL 21260 3 with an outline similar to a rectangular triangle are yellow. The second field of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle is white. Variation 4. The packaging for the iron according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the wall with an outline similar to a rectangle, the cylindrical surface and the bottom of the recess are black. The wall with the shape of the surface, the first and third fields of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle are grey. The second field of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle is purple. Variation 5. The packaging for the iron according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the wall with an outline similar to a rectangle, the first field of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle and the cylindrical surface of the recess are black. The wall with the shape of the surface is blue. The second field of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle is white. The bottom of the recess with a cylindrical shape and the third field of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle are grey. Variation 6. The packaging for an iron according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the wall with an outline similar to a rectangle, the wall with the shape of the surface, the bottom of the recess with a cylindrical shape are black. The first and third fields of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle and the cylindrical surface of the recess are orange. The second field of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle is yellow. Essential features of the industrial design The iron packaging according to the industrial design is characterized by the following features common to all varieties: 1.
