Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na zelazko przeznaczone do przechowy- wania i przewozenia zelazka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Efekt przestrzenny uzyskany jest poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie i zgrupowanie elementów zewnetrznych tworzacych postac tego opakowania, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidocznione jest w zestawie ilustracji przedstawiajacym odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego, z których pierwsza dotyczy ogólnego ksztaltu opakowania, a nastepne odmiany tego opakowania w róznych kolorach. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape, and color. The spatial effect is achieved through the original shaping and grouping of external elements that create the form of this packaging, thus giving it a distinctive and original appearance. The iron packaging based on the industrial design is shown in a set of illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design, the first of which concerns the general shape of the packaging, and the next variations of this packaging in various colors. The individual figures in the set of illustrations represent: Fig. 1 – the shape of the packaging, without colors on its surfaces; Fig. 2 – the iron packaging in isometric view in black, gray, and purple; Fig. 3 – isometric view of an iron in black, white, grey and blue; Fig. 4 – isometric view of an iron in black and white; Fig. 5 – isometric view of an iron in black, grey, white and red; Fig. 6 – isometric view of an iron in black, grey, white and green. Variation 1. The subject of this variant of the industrial design is only the shape of the packaging – repeated in the remaining variants regardless of the colour of the packaging. The industrial design of the iron packaging has the shape of a five-sided solid consisting of a rectangular base, a rectangular wall, two parallel walls with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is an arc, and a surface-shaped wall. The surface is defined by the arcs of the sides with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle, the upper base of the rectangular wall, and the shorter side of the rectangular base. The rectangular walls and the walls with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle are arranged perpendicular to the base. One of the walls, with an outline similar to a right triangle, has a recess in the shape of a five-sided solid, the larger base of which is defined by an outline similar to a right triangle and the smaller base by an obtuse triangle. In the obtuse corner of the smaller base is a cylindrical recess, located tangent to two sides of the obtuse triangle. In the corner of the surface-shaped wall, there is a cylindrical recess. All edges between the walls are rounded. Variation 2. The industrial-design iron packaging has the same shape as the first variant, except that the walls of the five-sided recess are purple. The smaller base of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle, the surface-shaped wall, and the lateral surface of the cylindrical recess in the corner of the surface-shaped wall are gray. The rectangular wall and the cylindrical recess in the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are black. Variation 3. The industrial design iron packaging has the same shape as the first variant, except that the walls of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle are blue. The smaller base of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle is white. The surface-shaped wall and the cylindrical recess in the corner of the surface-shaped wall are gray. The rectangular wall and the cylindrical recess in the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are black. Variation 4. The industrial design iron packaging has the same shape as the first variant, except that the rectangular wall and the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical recess in the corner of the surface-shaped wall are gray. The smaller base of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle and the cylindrical surface of the PL 21258 3 recess in the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are white. The remaining elements are black. Variation 5. The industrial-design iron packaging has the same shape as the first variant, except that the rectangular wall, the cylindrical recess in the corner of the surface-shaped wall, and the bottom of the cylindrical recess in the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are black. The surface-shaped wall is gray. The walls of the five-sided recess are red. The smaller base of the five-sided recess, shaped like an obtuse triangle, and the lateral surface of the cylindrical recess in the obtuse-angle corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are white. Variation 6. The iron packaging, based on the industrial design, has the same shape as in the first variant, except that the surface-shaped wall is green. The rectangular wall, the bottom of the cylindrical recess in the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess, and the cylindrical recess in the corner of the surface-shaped wall are black. The smaller base of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle and the lateral surface of the cylindrical recess in the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are white. The walls of the five-sided recess are gray. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The iron packaging according to the industrial design is characterized by the following features common to all varieties: 1. It has the shape of a parallelogram, a five-sided spatial solid consisting of a base with a rectangular outline, a wall with a rectangular outline, two parallel walls with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is an arc, and a wall with the shape of a surface. The surface is defined by the arcs of the sides with an outline similar to a right triangle, the upper base of a rectangular face, and the shorter side of the base with a rectangular outline. The rectangular faces of the faces with an outline similar to a right triangle are situated perpendicular to the base. 2. One of the faces with an outline similar to a right triangle has a recess in the shape of a pentahedral solid, the larger base of which is defined by an outline similar to a right triangle and the smaller base is an obtuse triangle. In the obtuse corner of the smaller base, there is a cylindrical recess located tangentially to two sides of the obtuse triangle. 3. In the corner of the face with the surface shape, there is a cylindrical recess. 4. All edges between the facets are rounded. The above features are presented in Figures 1–6. For individual variations of the industrial design, their color is an important feature: 5. The facets of the five-sided recess are purple. The smaller base of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle, the surface-shaped facet, and the lateral surface of the cylindrical recess in the corner of the surface-shaped facet are gray. The rectangular facet and the cylindrical recess in the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are black. The above features are shown in Fig. 2. 6. The faces of the five-sided recess are blue. The smaller base of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle is white. The surface-shaped face and the cylindrical recess at the corner of the surface-shaped face are gray. The rectangular face and the cylindrical recess at the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are black. The above features are shown in Fig. 3. 7. The rectangular face and the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical recess at the corner of the surface-shaped face are gray. The smaller base of the five-sided recess in the shape of an obtuse triangle and the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical recess at the corner of the smaller base of the five-sided recess are white.
