Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na zelazko przeznaczone do prze- chowywania i transportu zelazka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Efekt przestrzenny uzyskany jest poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie i zgrupowanie elementów zewnetrznych tworzacych postac tego opakowania, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidocznione jest w zestawie ilustracji przedstawiajacym odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego, z których pierwsza dotyczy ogólnego ksztaltu opakowania, a nastepne odmiany tego opakowania w róznych kolorach. Poszczególne figury zestawu ilustracji przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – ksztalt opakowania, bez kolorów na jego powierzchniach; Fig. 2 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach bialym i czarnym; Fig. 3 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach szarym i czarnym; Fig. 4 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach szarym, czarnym i czerwonym. Odmiana 1. Przedmiotem tej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest jedynie ksztalt opakowania – powtarzajacy sie w pozostalych odmianach bez wzgledu na kolorystyke opakowania. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt pieciosciennej bryly przestrzennej skladajacej sie z podstawy o zarysie prostokata, sciany o zarysie prostokata, dwóch równoleglych scian o zarysie zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego, w których przeciwprostokatna stanowia dwa luki, oraz sciany wyznaczonej przez powierzchnie. Powierzchnia jest wyznaczona przez luki stanowiace boki scianki o zarysie zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego, górna podstawe scianki o zarysie prostokata i krótszy bok podstawy o zarysie prostokata. Scianki o zarysie prostokata i scianki o zarysie zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego sa usytuowane prostopadle do podstawy. Na jednej scianie w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego znajduja sie trzy wglebienia. Podstawa pierwszego wglebienia ograniczona jest dluzsza krawedzia sciany i lukiem pomiedzy dwoma koncami tej sciany. Drugie wglebienie posiada ksztalt walca, zas w nim znajduje sie trzecie wglebienie w ksztalcie walca o mniejszej srednicy umiejscowione stycznie do niego. Krawedzie pomiedzy sciana o zarysie prostokata a scianami o zarysie zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego i sciana wyznaczona przez powierzchnie a takze pomiedzy sciana wyznaczona przez powierzchnie a scianami o zarysie zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego sa zaokraglone. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape and colours. The spatial effect is achieved through the original shaping and grouping of external elements that create the form of this packaging, thus giving it a specific and original appearance. The iron packaging according to the industrial design is shown in a set of illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design, the first of which concerns the general shape of the packaging, and the next variations of this packaging in different colours. The individual figures in the set of illustrations show: Fig. 1 – the shape of the packaging, without colours on its surfaces; Fig. 2 – the iron packaging in isometric projection in white and black colours; Fig. 3 – the iron packaging in isometric projection in grey and black colours; Fig. 4 – isometric projection of an iron in grey, black and red colours. Variation 1. The subject of this variation of the industrial design is only the shape of the packaging – repeated in the remaining variations regardless of the colour scheme of the packaging. The iron packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a five-sided spatial solid consisting of a base with a rectangular outline, a wall with a rectangular outline, two parallel walls with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle, in which the hypotenuse is two arcs, and a wall defined by the surface. The surface is defined by arcs constituting the sides of the wall with an outline similar to a right-angled triangle, the upper base of the wall with a rectangular outline and the shorter side of the base with a rectangular outline. Rectangular walls and walls with an outline similar to a right triangle are situated perpendicularly to the base. On one wall in the shape similar to a right triangle there are three recesses. The base of the first recess is limited by the longer edge of the wall and the arc between the two ends of this wall. The second recess has the shape of a cylinder, and in it there is a third recess in the shape of a cylinder of smaller diameter situated tangentially to it. The edges between the rectangular wall and the walls with an outline similar to a right triangle and the wall defined by the surface, as well as between the wall defined by the surface and the walls with an outline similar to a right triangle are rounded. The packaging for an iron according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the wall with an outline of a rectangle, the wall defined by the surface, the first recess limited by the longer edge of the wall and the arc between the two ends of this wall, and the second recess in the shape of a cylinder are black, while the wall with an outline close to a right-angled triangle and the third recess in the shape of a cylinder are white. The packaging for an iron according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the wall with the outline of a rectangle, the wall defined by the surface, the first recess limited by the longer edge of the wall and the arc between the two ends of this wall and the second recess in the shape of a cylinder are in grey, while the wall with the outline similar to a right-angled triangle and the third recess in the shape of a cylinder are in black. The packaging for an iron according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the wall with the outline of a rectangle, the wall with the outline similar to a right-angled triangle and the third recess in the shape of a cylinder are in black. The first depression limited by the longer edge of the wall and the arc between the two ends of this wall and the second depression in the shape of a cylinder are in grey, while the wall defined by the surface is in red.
