Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na zelazko przeznaczone do przechowywania i przewozenia zelazka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Efekt przestrzenny uzyskany jest poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie i zgrupowanie elementów zewnetrznych tworzacych postac tego opakowania, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidocznione jest w zestawie ilustracji przedstawiajacym odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego, z których pierwsza dotyczy ogólnego ksztaltu opakowania, a nastepne odmiany tego opakowania w róznych kolorach. Poszczególne figury zestawu ilustracji przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – ksztalt opakowania, bez kolorów na jego powierzchniach; Fig. 2 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach czarnym i bialym; Fig. 3 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach niebieskim i czarnym; Fig. 4 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach szarym i czarnym. Odmiana 1. Przedmiotem tej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest jedynie ksztalt opakowania – powtarzajacy sie w pozostalych odmianach bez wzgledu na kolorystyke opakowania. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Na srodku scianki o wiekszej powierzchni znajduje sie pole w ksztalcie kola. Po prawej stronie tej scianki znajduje sie pole o ksztalcie zblizonym do „podniesionej traby slonia" pod koncem której znajduje sie pole w ksztalcie okregu. Po prawej jej stronie znajduja sie pola w ksztalcie zblizonym do „podniesionej traby slonia" i kola odwrócone wzgledem srodka o kat 180° w stosunku do pól w lewej czesci scianki. Na sciance o mniejszej dlugosci znajduja sie pola w ksztalcie zblizonym do „podniesionej traby slonia" i pól w ksztalcie kól. Powyzsze cechy widoczne sa na fig. 1. Odmiana 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape and colours. The spatial effect is achieved through the original shaping and grouping of external elements that create the form of this packaging, giving it a specific and original appearance. The iron packaging according to the industrial design is shown in a set of illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design, the first of which concerns the general shape of the packaging, and the next variations of this packaging in different colours. The individual figures in the set of illustrations show: Fig. 1 – the shape of the packaging, without colours on its surfaces; Fig. 2 – the iron packaging in isometric projection in black and white; Fig. 3 – the iron packaging in isometric projection in blue and black; Fig. 4 – isometric view of an iron packaging in grey and black. Variation 1. The subject of this variation of the industrial design is only the shape of the packaging – repeated in the remaining variations regardless of the colour scheme of the packaging. The iron packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a cuboid. In the middle of the wall with a larger surface area there is a circular field. On the right side of this wall there is a field in the shape of a "raised elephant's trunk", at the end of which there is a circular field. On its right side there are fields in the shape of a "raised elephant's trunk" and circles turned 180° from the centre in relation to the fields on the left part of the wall. On the shorter wall there are fields in the shape similar to the "raised elephant's trunk" and fields in the shape of circles. The above features are visible in Fig. 1. Variation 2. The iron packaging according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variety, except that the side walls are white, while the fields on the walls and the upper base are black.
